Do not use this company, my watch strap turned up, it was a black mesh strap for a Garmin instinct 3, straight away I noticed there were chips in the paint showing the silver underneath, I fitted the strap to the watch and the moment i moved the watch fell off, the pins that hold the strap to the watch were worse than useless, after putting the strap back on twice and it falling off again i gave up, never going back to this company!!! I have emailed them but haven't had a reply.

Avoid this company at all costs, ordered well over three weeks ago and still nothing has arrived, I’ve reached out and told them I no longer want the straps but they’ve said they can’t cancel!
I’ve got tracking information but the date goes up on a daily basis, it said 14 days initially & 15 days later still says almost 14 days, please don’t order from them!

Twee Garmin bandjes gekocht bij deze site. Na een paar weken viel de roestvrijstalen band spontaan van mijn arm af. De QuickFit sluiting aan één zijde lag uit elkaar.
Ik heb meerdere malen contact gezocht met Garminsyraps, maar die reageert niet. Op de website staat zelfs dat wanneer een product kapot gaat na 6 dagen, het de schuld van de koper is. Productie fouten kunnen zeker ook later aan het licht komen.
€45 betaald, terwijl precies dezelfde band op Ali voor €5 aangeboden wordt.
Totale oplichting deze site!

Why didn’t I read reviews 🤯 Chinese site masquerading as UK company, who knows where these straps are! I’ve paid top price for something that probably cost less than 2p to make ☹️

I twice ordered straps from Garmstraps and received what I ordered and although each broke within a year, I was happy with what I got for the price. Recently I placed another order for the same strap which is still advertised with a second at half price. What was delivered was not what I ordered. I complained and received a credit to replace them which I duly did. A second pair of straps have arrived and again are nothing like what I ordered. I advise giving Garmstraps a wide berth if you don’t want to be disappointed. Also the lead times, given they come from China are way longer than intimated.

purchased over £25 worth of straps and after several weeks I was told they were experiencing delays. It's now over 3 months and company have stopped replying to requests for refund or delivery time. No straps or money refunded. 🤬 Please do not use.

Sent the wrong item and it took over a month to arrive. I probably won’t get my money back.

I wish I had read the Trustpilot reviews before I bought. Everything other reviewers mention has occurred. Big delay after ordering and not in line with the website promise at all, poor communication and 'customer service' is clearly AI generated. I received the same reply 3 times to very different emails. Ignored request for a refund.

Got the impression the company is based in the UK so placed an order on the 9th of February and didn’t get any update for two weeks, only after I wrote them myself I was informed my order is delayed. The straps were delivered on the 30th of march(!) after being dispatched form china (and the rest of the world), and one of the straps were the wrong model. E-mailed regarding refund but haven’t got any reply. Do not recommend!

I ordered straps for my Garmin Forerunner, expecting original Garmin straps. After a few days, I got a message that a shipment from Aliexpress is on its way to me. Right then, I was suspicious, which proved right when it arrived - I paid 30 EUR for Aliexpress straps (which cost 2.5 EUR on Aliexpress).

Let's offer an honest review - hands up, I ordered from Garm Straps without reading too much of the small print. I thought they were affiliated to Garmin and would be shipped from the UK as delivery was described as Royal Mail. I was wrong. There is no affiliation to Garmin and although Royal Mail would eventually deliver my order, they were not the only ones involved.
That said - my order was shipped really quickly (next day) and I had full tracking options from the very start. Each stage of delivery was regularly updated and I always had something to refer to. I emailed customer services once when the tracking seemed to get paused at a customs stage. I received a reply the next day and the tracking details were updated shortly afterwards.
My delivery arrived 14 days after purchase but as there was no additional postage charge when I ordered I don't think this is unreasonable. The quality of the straps are great and fit perfectly. Other than taking a while to arrive, I have no complaints. Having looked at these reviews whilst waiting for my order to arrive, I felt a little panicked that I'd made a bad call and would spend months chasing my refund. So I wanted to even it out for anyone in the same boat. Great product, great price but a long delivery wait.

Absolute cheap crappy crap.
Chinese crap that took 28 days delivery.
Paid £22.99 for a cheaply made bad connecting watch strap. Company is an absolute sham.
I hope whoever owns the company reads this and realises they are a scam artist.

Taken about 2.5 weeks for them to arrive, having arrived now I love the straps. Good quality and look great.

Ordered a strap from garm straps and like others did originally think it was an official garmin site. The watch strap did take longer to come then originally stated (ordered 14th feb but arrived today) however the strap is well made and easy to fit !!!

Good strap. Good service. Convincing website.

Still waiting for my order to be dispatched. I reckon this is a con website.

Ordered Garmin Straps in January 2026, thinking they were genuine Garmin watch straps at a discount. But they were chinese made Garmin straps from Alibaba. So instead of spending 5 EUR, I spent almost 50 EUR on two Chinese watch straps. Yeah, the joke is on me.
