Absolutely terrible customer service. Trying to over charge by £1100

Didn't like the feedback so decided to block me to try silence me. I'm not the first they have done this too, in my opinion i won't be the last

If i could give less than 1 stars i would

Admin continues to blame typo but refuses to acknowledge two phone calls . It's amazing the lengths Jane will go to , to defend her relatives mistakes. Or just hoping that customers will pay the extra. Read the reviews guys. This isn't the first time they've done this it certainly won't be the last

Today the home improvement project is finished - on time and on budget. We are extremely grateful to Aquarius Home Improvements and the master installer Dean Slade. He did excellent work on three bathrooms and a cloakroom. Tiles (floor and walls, including very tricky oversized tiles for one ensuite); replacing and relocating all the bathroom fixtures; installing mirrors, cabinets, hooks etc. Everything finished in less than four weeks, with minimal disruptions, in a friendly and polite way, and everything precisely what we wanted. Five plus stars.

From the first meeting with this company everything felt good , they were very professional and not pushy and listened to what we wanted and when they gave there advice it made more sense . When the work started there fitter Ashley come on time introduced himself and cracked on with covering the carpets with covers and set about the task of bathroom out and shower toilet cabinet and basin and floor insulation. We couldn’t have asked for better fitter everything Ashley did was done with a professional finish , i wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Aquarius bathrooms , thanks everyone at Aquarius .

We’re absolutely delighted with our bathroom renovation by Aquarius Home Improvements. From start to finish, everything ran incredibly smoothly. A special thank you to Darren, who managed the entire week brilliantly with minimal disruption and clear communication throughout.
All the staff who came into our home were knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely supportive. They showed great respect for our property, which we really appreciated. We are very, very happy with the final outcome and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. 10 out of 10!

We contacted Aquarius in the summer. They came and measured up, talked us through a quote which we accepted.
They carried out a survey and booked us in.
Installation is 1st class, we're surprised at how good it is.
I have no hesitation in recommending Aquarius. Cracking job , great service and amazing prices.

Great service from start to finish . Very well organised and all ran really smoothly with no problems . Darren transformed our small guest bathroom and it looks amazing ! Friendly and trustworthy . Left our house tidier than when he arrived ! Highly recommend, thank you !

Absolutely blown away!!! Bathroom looks incredible, fitters were very friendly, polite and respectful, no mess left at the end of the day, kept us informed throughout, we now have a beautiful bathroom in time for Christmas, thank you.

Really happy with the whole process, it’s been stress free, with professional and knowledge staff and great service. We have been kept informed at all stages from making our initial enquiry to the completed bathroom and everything we were told would happen has happened.

Our new bathroom was finished today and we are really happy with it.
Chris our installer was great, he works really hard and cleans up after every visit.
The bathroom looks bright, fresh and clean. I like the silver trim it complements the grey wall panels.

Just had the bath out and a walk in shower fitted , I can’t praise this company any higher than permitted - 5 star plus - absolutely brilliantThe fitters were Lewis and Archie and I couldn’t have wished for a nicer crew , they were polite, courteous, knowledgeable and a pleasure to have in my home .The workmanship was / is spot on, they have an eye for detail with regards to the price and materials Aquarius proved to be excellent. I strongly recommend this company.

Was all very easy to organise.From booking an appointment to the installation.
All work done was excellent and professionally carried out.

Aquarius completed a new downstairs bathroom/wc for us last week. All communications before the work was commenced was clear and the team members friendly and knowledgeable. Work was completed ahead of planned date which was great. The work was completed by Dave. He was excellent. It was clear he wanted to do a great job, consulted us at each step of the job, was keen to sort out some tricky areas so that they looked good, was clean and tidy. He was friendly and respectful. The end result was very good and we are pleased. Would recommend and will use again. Thank you Dave and all of the team!

From start to finish I cannot fault any of it ..I went for a full bathroom refit, removing bath with a large walk in shower , new basin , toilet , towel rail and all walls covered plus ceiling .
Professional workmanship by one fitter who grafted non stop for over a week.(Darren ) absolutely amazed with the quality , price and professionalism

The whole experience from booking a quote to completion was so easy. My new bathroom looks absolutely stunning and its everything I had hoped it would be. Stuart my installer was brilliant, kept us informed all along the way with where we were at and asked my opinion at relevant stages and he left my house clean and tidy at the end of each day. I did have to wait 6 months for it to be fitted but it was so worth waiting for!

We had a shower, toilet and wash basin fitted complete with flooring and tiling. It was a big job because we had everything moved around. The lads worked really hard and did a good job, however I felt the last day of the job was rushed in order to get it done and the aesthetics of it were not great, the silicone on the outside of the shower looks messy, I’ve noticed a chipped tile which had been covered with grout and they ran out of white sealant so finished off round part of the flooring with grey. These are things which I wouldn’t expect when paying a large amount of money. I feel if they could have had another day these things wouldn’t have happened.

I had a complete bathroom fitted and it looks amazing. Ashley was the fitter, he was very professional, punctual, didn't leave a single bit of mess. The whole experience from the quote to the finished bathroom was great - I highly recommend Aquarius.
