I ordered 3 mirrors.I had a choice of several qualities and options. I went for the best from Pilkington. They where ready in a few days. Collection friendly quick and professional.

Avoid using this company, they do not deserve your hard earned. I ordered a mirror on the 31st of December and only just received it last week. No communication, no response to my emails, just money gone from my account and seemingly nothing in return. I am yet to receive an apology or a response. The mirror also arrived with damage to the foil backing and zero wrapping or protection. It's amazing it arrived in one piece at all. My advice would be to look elsewhere and select a company who has the ability to communicate, common courtesy, takes pride in what they do and who actually wants your business now and in the future.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

I sent for two mirrors and one never left the van as it was damaged and the other was placed in my garage and signed for by my 75yo mother. When I cam back from working away a week later the mirror was still in the same place where is was delivered and never touched. This one was also damaged. They come with no protection at all not even corner covers. I was offered a refund for the one they took back and told because my elderly mum signed for the other one unchecked I would have to stand to the cost of it. The attitude of the manager that called me was rude and aggressive and he put the phone down on me. I would avoid this company at all costs and never use them again. I have now raised this dispute with my credit card company.

A disgraceful service from this company, who charged £40 for delivery to Northern Ireland, and then took almost two weeks to realise that they don't actually deliver there. How do you justify this! Other GB companies can deal with the difficulties of carriage to NI - you have let down the people of this part of the UK.

Ordered on 26.10.23 and arrived on 02.11.23! Very pleased and easy to stick on the wall with the glue provided. Would recommend

They were unable to fix/replace the cracked mirrored glass on one of our drawers, which was fine. However this took place in June. We are now mid October, chasing our refund religiously, to then finally speak to someone on the phone JAMES today and be told that its not something he was going to deal with today, and to call back tomorrow if not received. This is not good enough, considering we have been chasing a refund for 4 months and this should be made a priority. I will never use or recommend this firm.

Bloody Awful service. Communication with the outfit was nonexistent. Mirror was OK when it eventually arrive. Unfortunately my installers had completed the job and left the site. No delivery Communication and when it did arrive it was left leaning against the outside wall. Just the bare mirror,no packaging or protective cover. A 2mtr x 1mtr mirror left outside with no protection. No thought at all from this shower. At 76 I would have struggled to move it without damage. Rubbish..

Purchased a sizable mirror 6 months ago, all came well packed and then installed it.
Now we noticed it was starting to develop blotches all over like smudges! attempted to contact the company via different e-mail addresses but no reply! Noticed some one else has had similar challenges!!
Probably have to go to the CC company to get my money back as goods not fit for purpose.

Didn’t even get to make my order because they just ignore emails and don’t answer the phone.

Rang them 16:50 Wednesday for an odd mirror size request, collected them Thursday 14:00

Initially I was skeptical following the reviews here however I went ahead and placed my order.
The order arrived very quickly and the only disappoint was that there is no communication about dispatch/delivery to ensure that someone is home to receive the delivery.

The delivery came and unfortunately I was not at home so the driver had left it in the garden. I arrived home late at night to find the mirror in the garden with a large crack and so I contacted the company via email to explain the situation.
The initial response was not great and more of a blame that it is my fault!

I spoke to Liam who was so understanding and instantly offered me a replacement mirror with some extra bits which was really kind of him....honestly he provides the best service!

The replacement mirror arrived speedily and the driver was very good and again understanding as I was informed the delivery would be mid morning but he turned up at 8.30am and waited until the builder arrived to bring it inside.

I gave the review a four star as the initial response from the team was not great and the individual could have been a little bit more understanding!
