Avoid this company - I too have been scammed by this company. Avoid at all costs. Ordered a mirror, money was taken from account immediately - no sign of the mirror for months and no response to emails or phone calls.

Do not order from these! We made a order on the 22nd of June it is now August and we haven’t heard anything from them after we have called and emailed them in contact with the bank to try and get our money back

Avoid, you will not received anything.
Placed an order at the start of July, email confirmation, money taken and no correspondence. Still nothing.
DO NOT ORDER YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING

Ordered a mirror on the 29th June, called and managed to get through once after calling over 30 times. Was told it would be delivered within 14 working days when the couriers were in my area. It’s now the 7th August and no sign of the mirror. I have put a claim in for fraud. Do not use this company!

Ordered my mirror over a month ago. No confirmation, although money was taken from my account. I've tried calling and emailing several times with no reply.
Mailbox is full so can't give details for a call back.

I have contacted my credit card company for a refund.

THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM!
The only communication I've had from them is confirmation that they've taken my money. Despite several answerphone messages and emails sent I have heard nothing from them.
Save your money and contact a reputable company that will actually communicate with you and deliver what you've paid for.

Ordered a mirror on June 29th, order accepted, money left bank instantly. No contact despite leaving answer phone messages, and emails. Do not give these charlatans your money.

Placed an order about 2 weeks ago, received an email order confirmation and money was taken straight away. I have not received any updates on the order dispatch or delivery. I emailed the company directly, phoned them twice, leaving an answerphone with the details they requested, and haven't heard back.

I understand that orders can take a while to be processed and delivered, just a little bit of communication would be nice!

I luckily paid through a third-party platform so hopefully they will be able to do some digging and get me my money back!

Scam avoid !!! Made an order on 19th of June still no delivery or any communication

SCAM!!!!! Made an order for a specific sized mirror, money taken out of bank instantly, no order confirmation, called to ask why and told they had no internet to send/recieve emails, told a date in which mirror will be delivered and still no delivery!! All phone calls declined no response at all stay away from these robbing scumbags !!!!!!!!

AVOID SCAM - Think we have been scammed by this company. Order placed then no communication at all. Telephone number constantly goes to answerphone and the mobile goes to someone who doesn’t work for them! Credit card company is currently trying to sort and get my money back!

Placed an order on 27 June 2026 - no confirmation, diabolical communication.

Money was taken immediately from my bank but did not get a confirmation email for the order, I have reached out by telephone over 12 times, emailed, rang mobile number (which was for an ex employee, who gave me another number to call). I spoke once to a man who promised me he'd track my order then speak to manufacturing and call me back. That call never came. I've since raised a complaint with my bank to recover the funds and placed another order at my cost with another supplier to prevent any further delays to my project.

Avoid at all costs.

UPDATED 30/07: never heard back from the company, I put a claim in with my bank to charge back the value and I’ve received my money back. So for anyone reading this who has had the same experience please contact your bank to explore this option.

Disappointed that it looks like we have been scammed! Order placed 6th July with no further correspondence, not replying to emails and not answering calls. Unfortunately the out of hours mobile number is linked to an employee who no longer works for the company and he is being inundated with calls from angry customers. Definitely avoid!

I placed an order on 24th of June and was given 2weeks. It's over 3 weeks now and no sign of my order. I KEPT SENDING AN EMAIL BUT NO REPLY, CALLED BUT NO ANSWER.

3 weeks have passed since order. Have emailed and called multiple times, always goes to a voicemail. No messages returned. Assuming website is a scam as order not be fulfilled and zero lines of communication.

Avoid this company. I ordered on 19 June, still no sign of postage or the order having been fulfilled. Intermittent contact and now my emails and calls are ignored. Wish I'd seen the Trustpilot reviews. It's unclear whether this company has been wound up but still trading, or whether the owner has previously had a mirror cutting company that became insolvent.
NOTE I see that the owner has flagged IT issues - so will edit this again if I receive an update in the next few days.

I placed an order on 15th June 2026, had email of confirmation of order and heard nothing since. I sent emailed the company couple of times and phoned many this week leaving messages but heard nothing back. I have spoken with somebody and he said I’ll receive it this Thursday but I don’t received anything. Really disappointed and never recommend!!!!

Don’t use this company. Scammers - they took £750 from us and a bit of research under their registered company address showed they knowingly went into liquidation under a different company name in May 2026, yet still took out money and order on 15th June.

Untrustworthy, desperate and pathetic.

Over two weeks ago we ordered some mirrors for an important studio fit out for our business and not received them despite a supposed weeks delivery. We have reached out countless times to receive an update and heard nothing back.
