The company will ghost you and possibly take your money very easily and you'll never get it back again. Please, Get the real deal and get an Aero or a used Schott with quality assurance + Schott or Aero would never ghost you. Please stay away from this fraud.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. They get back to you if and when they feel like it. When you are buying a leather jacket online you need some help with sizing. Waited weeks for answers to my questions. Finally gave up and purchased from a competitor. Stay away.

Redemption!
I really like the quality of the jacket. However, I sent my measurements and the jacket was made to my exact measurements which made the jacket skin tight. Upon contacting Fargham Ali to explore possible options to remedy the issue, I was subsequently ghosted.
After that experience, five star leather did make arrangements for me to return the jacket and made me a custom fit that was perfect. Thanks Ali!

Fantastic service, communication and quality
Five Star did a fantastic job, start to finish, in making three custom-sized jackets of existing patterns for me in horsehide and suede. Shawn, Fargham and team were responsive and nailed the sizing down to the quarter inch. Shipping was quick to the USA and the turnaround was about two weeks. These aren’t $1000 jackets for a third of the price - there is some less-than-optimal scarring placement and some slight variation in leather heft across the jacket - but I personally feel they sacrifice just the right blend of elements to present an incredible value for a very well constructed jacket. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from this team again. Very happy customer.
