Professional and received frequent updates on work being done on car. 1 issue was that they could not supply courtesy car for over a week, which was part of insurance policy . Far from ideal.

Excellent repair, great communication
The service I received was efficient and friendly. I was kept informed of the progress of my vehicle by email and all my questions were answered with timely responses. A slight problem with my vehicle on completion was resoved quickly and with no fuss.

It was dissapointing to find a protective strip on the replaced bumper missing when I collected my car, they have promised to order and fit one but means another trip in to Aberdeen. Still awaiting a date to have this work done.

EXCELLENT SERVICE
My car went in for repairs after being damaged by another driver. I was completely impressed with the professional service at every stage of the process, the loan car was small but in pristine condition and a pleasure to drive, the ladies in reception were outstanding, explaining everything in detail and very professional at all times. The email update link was fantastic and informative. All in all a really smooth experience. Thank you.

Battery was flat when it was returned…
Battery was flat when it was returned to us and handle to close boot lid was detached. Have had to use jump leads to start car ever since. Phoned to complain and to query why heat setting and blower setting were both set at max. They denied responsibility for draining the Battery and told me it was nothing to do with them, quite aggressively. I've reported them to my insurance company and await their response. We will never use this company again will tell everyone we know about our awful experience.

Hello, your vehicle arrived onsite with us on 29th November 2024 and was returned to you on 6th (7days) this is not enough time for a battery to deteriorate from perfect condition to needing jump started every time! even if the battery was reduced by using the blowers (which it was not) as the engine was running whilst defrosting the windows the battery would have been fine after the first drive away also, there would be no sense trying to defrost windows without the engine running as there would be no hot air generated! No mention until now about the boot handle but, if this is the case, we have no issues resolving this for you. In relation to you reporting us to the insurance company, I look forward to them contacting me so that we can explain the above in relation to the battery as its very clear that we did not or could not cause this! have a nice day! :)
Positive experience from start to finish
This was an insurance job, they had a courtesy car for me and communication was excellent from start to finish. Repairs were completed in 5 days and they even polished the car inside and out. Did an amazing job. I've seen quite a few negative reviews about this company but I couldn't fault them. Good work!
