After my first accident with significant damage/ a non-drivable vehicle, I wasn’t really sure what to expect or how the process worked…
The guys at FixAuto explained everything clearly keeping me reassured.
They collected my car quickly, then kept me updated with regular calls and messages through the whole process from recovery arrangements, receiving and assessing the vehicle, ordering parts, repairs and completion dates, and finally returning the car to me.
I knew what was going on and when, and they’re super helpful & friendly on the phone.
When my car was returned it was looking and driving like brand new.
Very happy!

They kept in touch and made sure everything was arranged to my satisfaction. They booked me a loan car but when the man arrived he said he could repair my car on the drive there and then. An all round exemplary service.

My vehicle was booked in with FixAuto…
My vehicle was booked in with FixAuto Matlock through my insurance company, and I have to say what a great company all phone calls were polite friendly and very helpful. I took my vehicle in on the 21st of October and had a very economical Toyota Yaris while my car was being repaired.Kerri who was on the main desk kept me informed by emails and phone calls how long it would be before it was ready for me to pick up.
I went to pick my vehicle up on Friday 31st October and David checked the hire vehicle and then checked my vehicle before signing and handing over.
I must say it’s a very well run firm and they were all so helpful and friendly and Kerri on the main Desk is a star ⭐ so Thankyou.
