Amazing customer service! The service received from initial contact to drop off and pick up was outstanding. I have t experienced this level of brilliant customer service for a long time. The staff were incredible- Nicoleta was exceptional! Cheerful, friendly, polite- just wonderful!

Excellent service from the start
Excellent service from the start. Quickly arranged collection of my vehicle. Repair was done quickly and to a high standard, car returned promptly washed and vacuumed.
Everyone I spoke to in the office and the collection and delivery drivers were helpful and polite.

Ver good experience
Firstly the body repair job with my car is excellent. The M&M staff though made a real difference being so helpful when I ran into a few problems because of being overseas. Also I had a vat registration problem with my insurance company and again they helped me sort it within hours, (the insurance company were also v helpful).
So a good experience and I would definitely use them again
