They Did some insurance work to my van after a front end bump The quality of work was excellent , and can not tell at all, paint match spot on ,took a while to complete but this was just down to parts availability and had a courtesy vehicle so it was no inconvenience ,and communication was good to let me know where it was at

Excellent quality repair and communication
My insurance company recommended M&M for my insurance repair. I also had some additional work I wanted done so asked them to quote.
Throughout the time the car was at their facility I was kept informed of progress and the completed job was showroom quality.

Really happy with quality
Really happy that the car has been repaired to a really good standard. The quality of repair means that you wouldn't know the accident had happened. Staff were helpful at every interaction.
The repair took longer than expected, initially cancelled due to lack of parts. Then staffing/holidays increased the time of the repair to several days. Was informed by message though.

Customer service was very bad My car was damaged while in the car of…
My car was damaged while in the car of the garage and they have denied the responsibility. Stated that the damage was not from their end, it was due to the old age of the car. Customer service was very bad. A lady called Claire was very rude on the phone, showed no customer care.

Good afternoon Fortunate. Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry you were unhappy with the outcome. Unfortunately after the initial incident your insurers arranged for your vehicle to be taken to a recovery agents where they sent their own engineer to inspect and image it, before it came on site with ourselves. After you raised the issue regarding further damage, we referred this back to your insurers, who advised us that this damage was already on your vehicle (from the images they initially took). Unfortunately, although this is not what you wanted to hear, we cannot be responsible for pre existing damage.
Not the best
Every day I was getting a phone call saying something else needed repairing, what I was originally told 5 days, went to 12 then eventually over 3 weeks nearly a month!
Car looks great but not happy with the delay and service

Unfortunately when starting the process from images this does sometimes happen, however our priority is to ensure the vehicle is repaired and returned safely back to you. There were issues with the calibration and additional parts required, we do have to follow the Insurers process and had to refer back to them for further authorisation but glad you now have your vehicle back and the repairs look great.
