Cartier watch fully serviced and looks like new, very pleased indeed.
They deserved a 5, but as their website hints "no waiting for months", that's exactly what happened (nearly 3!) without any notification from them until I queried delay. An indication of delay in getting parts would have eased my mind.
DHL Courier and packaging was 5*!

Sent in my Dad's vintage Tissot Seastar (going by some research, I estimate it to be a 1971 model)

It hadn't been used in over 20 years as it was found in a box while we were moving my mum to a smaller house.

The second hand was moving on its own, and while the hour and minute hands were moving once winded it would only work for 2/3 seconds - the dial itself had oxidised and generally needed a proper service.

I sent the watch to Tissot for a service but it was returned as they said they couldn't replace some obsolete parts - with nothing to loose I sent the watch to Fix My Watch.

I think Fix My Watch faced the same issues as Tissot in replacing obsolete parts but they didnt give up, obviously it took a little longer than a normal service but I'm delighted with the quality of the work and the transformation in the watch, Fix My Watch even managed to get the bracelet working.

Overall I'm delighted with the work done to the watch, I have decided to get a new strap but it has been on my wrist everyday since I had it returned.

Communication was brilliant. After an initial hiccup the watch repair was sorted out perfectly to our total satisfaction. We could not be happier with the result.

Just got my beloved Cartier back. My wrist has felt naked without it! Yes its a man's watch but I love the chunky size of it. It looks amazing. The polish is incredible and the little microscratches on the dial - from years of daily wear -have gone! Will definitely bring it back when its due for its next service. Shout out for Jody who has been incredibly patient with all my idiot questions. Thank you!

A excellent battery change and pressure test and seal on my Tag 2000 series Watch. Was collected and returned back in excellent packaging via UPS an excellent service and definitely great value. I gonna use again for sure . Thank you fix my watch

Really impressed with Fix My Watch. Sent in for a service and battery change. My watch is 27 years old - always been looked after, but the bracelet was dull. It’s come back looking like a brand new watch, massively exceeded my expectations.

Half the price of having a new battery fitted to my Brietling in the high street which made me nervous but I need not have worried.
Picked up from home by courier, I was messaged all the time of my watches progress in travel and repair. Battery was replaced at the price quoted and returned to me within 10 days nicely packaged and pressure test certified .
Very happy and would definitely use again.

Used these guys for the first time for a minor service on my Breitling. Not only were they much cheaper to use I also avoided the away for 6 weeks inconvenience one can expect from sending it back to the manufacturer. My Watch was collected and returned to and from my home using insured courier and shipped back to me in a really nice box along with the warranty covering the work carried out. Was as per estimate. They kept me fully up to date at all times .watch there and back within 7 days. I am absolutely satisfied with them and will use them again in the future.

Warranty request which they honoured without a quibble. Watch returned in approx 1 week & I was kept up to date the whole time. Received it back today, fixed , reset and very well packaged. In my view, a very professional company and a delight to deal with.

I recently had my Sky Blue Breitling Endurance Pro 44mm Chronograph in for a battery replacement, reseal, and full check-over, and the service was excellent from start to finish.

For £70, they carried out the work professionally, kept me updated, and returned the watch looking immaculate. The timekeeping and chronograph functions are spot-on again, and it’s great knowing it’s been properly resealed and pressure-tested.

Superb value for money and handled with real care — highly recommend to anyone needing Breitling servicing or battery work done right.

1/2 the price & 1/4 the time v’s sending my watch to Tag for repair - very easy to deal with - price quoted up front - first class.

Received my watch today. Unbelievably impressed with the service and results. The polish was far better than I imagined, every scratch has been removed. The watch looks and feels brand new again. Love the presentation box it comes in.

Through all of the time it took from start to finish this company is excellent, they let you know by email every step of the way, if I could give 10 stars I would.

Did not get a notification when they received my watch as I had to phone up to check they had got it other than that a great service
