Usual service, never disappointed

Having just received my Longines watch back from a full service I was so pleased with the result. It was well worth the cost to have a timepiece which kept time and was bright as new. I was kept informed throughout the process.

Speedy service. Kept me informed when the watch was received by them, when the work was completed and when it was being returned. Excellent. Will use again.

Quick, efficient & very convenient.

Terrible service, my watch was returned not working, after being told to wait a day to see if it started ticking again!!! I returned it. My Watch was away for about a month before being returned working. I complained and they accepted the service was unacceptable, I asked for compensation instead of warm words two and a half months later they have not had the courtesy to even reply.

Pay a bit more you will get a better service.

I had my doubts about sending my gold watch but the UPS service was brilliant and on time both ways.
Value for money was excellent I paid 5 times as much with a main stream jeweller last time I had the same work done - never again!
Return packaging was top rate and I love the little pouch and warranty card.
I highly recommend this Company and will be dealing with you again soon - thanks for your attention to customer service it's brilliant

Absolutely Brilliant service, from easy collection from home, right through to it being delivered back just 7 days later. Communication is excellent and kept me updated at each step of the repair process. I will definitely use Fix my watch again.

Delighted with the condition of my Rolex when it arrived back after service. The system worked well - even with Christmas intervening.

I got an estimate of £450 to service my Breitling on their website then quoted £960 to service it which I (ofcourse) declined. They then demanded £75 to retutn MY watch to me. I called to com-lain but got talked over/ignored. Be very careful....

Had my reservations about sending an expensive watch by courier for a battery change but the process couldn't have been any slicker.

Not a great experience using this company. I used the online service where you add your watch details, mine being a mechanical chronograph. I received a quote of £925 with promotion offer down to £495, alarm bells should have been ringing. The courier service was good and the watch was taking to be inspected. several days later i received an estimate of £940 via pdf stating that i did not state that it was a vintage model and they require greater expertise, so i requested the return of the watch. I had to pay £15 to cover the costs. The watch has now been returned without the case that i sent it in. The online system did not have an option for vintage watches. I have double checked this by completing the process again before posting this review.
