Very disappointing experience with FixPart

I ordered several parts that were all listed as “in stock” with next-day delivery. A few days later, only two parts arrived. The third part suddenly showed a new delivery date several weeks away, despite being advertised as available at the time of purchase.

What made things worse is that there is no phone number to contact—only an online chat, which is slow and unhelpful. I felt misled by the stock information and frustrated by the lack of proper customer support.

I’ve requested a refund for the undelivered item and hope the company improves its transparency and communication. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend FixPart.

Very efficient and speedy

Two weeks waiting for the part to arrive, so two weeks without my oven.
When it did arrive it was the wrong part. cant fully put the blame on them, but if someone was available to speak to this might not have happened.
I went the returns process and posted the part back 2 days later but no correspondence since. Now I am out of pocket for the part and postage and had to buy an oven, was not wasting any more time.
Ordered on the 6/10/25.

The delay in receiving this was inexcusable I had to buy one elsewhere and it was one third of the price would definitely not deal with you again

Con merchants. Placed order on 1st September, part available with shipment estimated on the 8th September. Money taken by them on the 2nd September. Nothing received despite contact with their customer services. 2 months later email cancelling the order but advising that they had an alternative supplier BUT I had to pay more. Paid more and new confirmation received, product available, delivery 1/2 weeks. More money taken by them, then a week later another email saying that the order was cancelled.

Don't use them, not reliable, they take your money with a delivery promise and then don't deliver.

I placed an order advertised at 2-4 days delivery. After 14 days and several messages to Fixpart I had no option but to file a payment dispute. No parts arrived and no reply from customer service.

The part arrived earlier than promised. It was well packaged and all fittings were included. I am very pleased with the service. Thank you.

Received my ordered parts for a very old Nilfisk GM 80 hover, which I was finding hard to find parts. I got a telescopic handle & total hose. Was able to search for on website & knew that they would fit. Very very pleased with customer service & delivery. Delighted to have my Great hover back in action. Thank you.
