Our site was probably hacked. The wordpress site was in a complete mess. Ilija worked through the afternoon, evening , night and early morning to bring up the site. I don’t think this guy Ilija sleeps at all. He literally replies to my emails within minutes, 24/7. This dude is genius.

They fixed my Wordpress woocommerce issue in a timely fashion. Would definitely recommend.

You wake up one day. Sun is shining, everything is fine. "What a good day this will be!" you think to yourself. You consider taking it easy, relaxing and enjoying life. But it is not meant to be.

Now we come to the part that will definitely make you think this review is not real. Surely it must be fabricated by the company itself. Nobody with sane mind would believe this. Too good to be true.

Because you know what?
They didnt even ask to be paid until the website was 100% clean and running again! They didnt even ask anything extra for all the extra hours spend on my stupid questions and requests. Insane.

Hell, their service was so good I am considering setting up a WordPress honeypot with zero security just to have a reason to get in touch with FixRunner and witness their magic again.

I'm a 61 year old retired teacher who is trying to operate my own private online business. The difference between lighting and lightening bugs ... I do not lie.
And I speak from having offshore freelancers on slow-cruise mess up and talk out their backsides. For solving the smallest and greatest WordPress or DIVI website snafus, function or design, this outfit is tops. Sam keeps his word, and Ilija (if you can get him and his team) isn't stumped by the beauties I've failed to fix on my site. And I'm a Mensan. My experience is they regularly fix my problems overnight, not in two to six weeks. Their command of English is extraordinary and unexpected. Yeah! True professionals.

It's very hard to find a business these days over the internet that can do what they say. Most hook you in for the sale and then work at their pace, not understanding that you might be in a pinch. I feel they are proud to provide a great service to my site, and feel they treat it as if it was their own personal site.

I contacted Fixrunner cause I had a redirecting issue from social media content. They looked into it immediately and gave me the valueble feedback it's not an issue with my site, but with the social media platform link. So they wouldnt be able to help me.
