These guys are great. We had an issue with our website on New Years Eve and they jumped on it and had it resolved in short order.

I initially had trouble signing up for FixRunner's service because my credit card wouldn't allow the transaction (some country code came up). Sam at FixRunner actually called me and the bank on a conference call and tried to help me figure it out. I ended up just signing up through PayPal. I've been using FixRunner for a couple of months now and love it; it's so convenient and a relief to know that no matter what happens on my WP site, i'm covered. Sam and his IT guys go above and beyond to take care of your needs and requests. I'm rarely impressed, but in this case, FixRunner has succeeded in impressing me.

I'm not one to write these reviews but I must say, Fixrunner definitely saved my day today. I have a big promotion going and somehow my woocommerce site got messed up--that endless spinner thing. I couldn't afford to spend all day looking for the problem so I typed in "woocommerce support help".

Fixrunner's chat person asked my problem then quoted me a fixed price to fix it, no matter how long it took. And I didn't even have to pay until after it was fixed. THAT is how you win somebody's trust.

A few hours later, the problem was fixed. And the best part is, they didn't call me or email me or bother me in any way to ask a million questions, they just figured it out.

Next time I have any problem, I'm saving my time, and returning directly to Fixrunner.

Amazing Service

Fixrunner is amazing... I tried them on one issue and then hired them on a monthly basis and they have fixed many small issues on my Wordpress site. I am going to work with them a very long time. I am a designer and they allow me to focus on design and marketing instead of the annoying backend fixes that come up on my wordpress site. They even found issues and repaired things I did not even point out. I would recommend this company very highly to anyone.

Although it is a bit scary, handing over the full keys to your kingdom (admin rights to your wordpress, ftp access, etc), these guys come through in a pinch. I was hesitant, decided to roll the dice, and have no regrets. Very timely replies. Very professional work. I'd certainly use them again.
