First, we processed your C1 Tourist Visa correctly and within the expected timeframe of 5 working days. After that, you contacted us again for a visa extension inside Indonesia. The extension was also completed successfully.

It is important to explain that Indonesian visa extensions are not always identical to new visa applications. Even when an agency prepares and submits the documents properly, each Immigration Office in Indonesia has the right to request additional supporting documents, check originals, or ask the applicant to provide proof of financial ability, address, accommodation, travel plans, or other standard documents.

This is normal immigration practice and not something an agency can legally bypass.

Our role is to guide, prepare, upload, explain, communicate, and support the client through the process. We always work within official immigration rules and procedures.

In your extension case, there was also one operational mistake on our side related to the address input. One digit in the postal code was missed, which caused the appointment to be assigned to the wrong immigration office.
