Steve & Abbie at Fleetsmart have been amazing from start to finish - after having a terrible experience with another firm re communication they understood what was important to us and have done nothing but reassure us that we won't have a bad service like we have previously. They are so friendly and helpful, we are so pleased to be working with them.

Fleetsmart were responsive to my issue and sent elec engineers reasonably quickly. The elec engineers were first class.

Excellent service appointment
We needed a service appointment for one of our vehicles as the gps was only working in the UK and Netherlands. I spoke with Abbie who swiftly sorted out a service appointment. The engineer, James was really cheerful, arrived on time a quickly changed the gps sensor. All in all a great experience. We have been with Fleetsmart for about 6 months and could not fault them.

We switched from another supplier. The changeover was quick and painless and they couldn't be more helpful.

Worked with Fleetsmart for about 18 months now. I personally find their Tracking system the best on the market. We shopped around a lot before deciding on them and had previously used one of the most well known systems, which didn't come close to Fleetsmart. The maps are really easy on the eye and the system works very well. In 18 months we've had just one occasion when one vehicle tracker went awol - but was back online within minutes of reporting the issue - in comparison, our previous system would regularly 'lose' vehicles for hours on end.
Customer service is excellent - friendly and efficient. Just recently added another vehicle to our plan, requested Friday - installed on Tuesday, no problems at all. Would highly recommend.

Amazing company!
I’ve never had anything but great experiences with FleetSmart. So easy to book, always have availability quickly, lovely staff and super helpful! I’ve used them for four years now and only had one problem which was fixed literally the next day.

The team here are very quick to respond when I require them. There customer service is great and just a lovely company to work with. The trackers and website is fantastic and I have no need to move away from them.

Vehicle Trackers
If I’m being honest the whole process from booking to installation is a breeze, we always get almost instant replies to emails and the booking process is extremely straight forward and simple.
As it stands I cant think of a way to improve what you are already doing.

It was A Class service. Everything went smoothly. Steve was fantastic at selling the product to me, no hassle at all.
Layla was fantastic in her communication.
The engineer that came out to fit the system was professional and really friendly.
Overall I am satisfied with the service.
