Puneet from the Brook Green Office was very helpful with a payment issue and then sorting out checkout/deposit refund.

Fletchers have been wonderful agents over many years - and I’d like to thank Puneet Mann especially who has been most efficient and helpful in our dealings.

The staff is very responsive, although the property was managed on a day to day basis by the landlord, they provided help when needed and were helpful in finding new tenants under short notice when I had to leave the country

The agent in Chiswick valued our house in excess of 2.2 million and was confident in achieving a higher price than this.
We therefore signed a 20 week agreement for them to market the house.
Within a week they were on the phone asking us to reduce the price.
Since then they are constantly calling and mailing to reduce the price.
It’s a shame that they can’t put this effort into selling the house at the valued price.

It took quite a long time for this agency (Hammersmith) to release my deposit after termination of my rent (In September 20), even though the landlord didn’t have any issues. I had to write several times with reminders (Not responded) and finally call. Overall they have been sitting on it for three weeks or nearly a month. Firstly, I don’t know the reason of this delay, secondly, there was no feedback whatsoever.
