He was always there to answer any questions, and would always provide me with options about accomodation. We recently returned from a wonderful trip to Singapore, organised through Flight Centre with Lendl’s help.

As always, Lendl looked after us extremely well. This is not the first time we have booked through her, and once again she gave us great advice and followed us through the trip in a very professional and helpful way.

We chose The Clan Hotel, and Lendl organised the booking for us. The hotel was excellent — very nice, very central, and with the MRT station literally just outside the hotel, making it easy to get anywhere in Singapore.

She takes the time to understand my needs, I ask her so many questions and she is always lovely and answers them clearly, she alerts me to things I missed (the fine print), she gives me guidance and ideas.
