Flight Centre New Zealand - Flight Centre Lambton Quay Opiniões

Helpful and nice manner. Knowledgeable specially yvonne.

Great customer service, but I did have to show the agent a better price option I had found by searching (same airline)

We were well prepared and the company kept us well informed. The Warwick Resort was very good. Great location. Excellent staff. We enjoyed snorkelling in the lagoon and appreciated the add ons, e.g. glass bottom boat cruise. On the downside, the bus trip from the airport took nearly three hours, with Friday evening traffic out of Nadi. Free breakfasts but the buffet dinners were quite expensive.

I had to change my travel dates a couple of times because of personal reasons. I was impressed with the assistance of Yvonne Unka from Flightcentre Wellington who always listened and found solutions for my requests.

Yvonne, listened to what I was wanting, looked for cost effective options and was incredibly quick and efficient. Plus she is lovely to deal with. Yvonne made thing very easy and I feel as if I have a really good deal and am well looked after.

Yvonne was very efficient and helpful. Our trip went very well.

Yvonne Unka is always such a delight- she's highly professional, warm, knowledgeable and follows up to make sure the travel goes smoothly. She is so helpful in figuring through the logistics of travel, and advising on what will be most enjoyable. I'd highly recommend her.

It waa a great experience with Daniel Dias from booking, changing flights, upgrading, replies to my inquiries while I was overseas and finally helping me file a complaint with the service of an airline. I highly recommend him and will definitely get in touch with him for my future trips and recommend him to my friends.

Yvonne helped us to book flights for just the right days and a good price, she kept us informed through the entire duration and we felt very confident in her bookings.

I usually book online directly for my families travel needs but had a hunch that Flight Centre might have a trick up their sleeve when I was struggling to get direct flights at a suitable time. Yvonne is amazing - not only did she find the best flights for us she kept us up to date with flight changes etc. I would book through flight centre again, for sure.

Great communication!
Thanks Gianfranco for another wonderful booking!
Where next!?

Great service from our travel expert, Yvonne Unka who was friendly, knowledgeable and provided excellent support for our trip to Mauritius. All information was timely and accurate with great follow-up.

Kaylene at Lambton Quay is highly recommended.

Excellent service! Yvonne Unka, the travel expert at the store, helped me with the quote for my flights. She was very patient, as I had many questions and multiple destinations to add. She found the best rates and dates for my trip.
I want to recognize how helpful she was—even after I purchased my tickets, I made a couple of changes, and she efficiently found the best prices and dates to accommodate them.
While on my holiday, I also contacted her to get some information regarding my booking reference, and she replied very quickly.
No complaints—I'm looking forward to my next trip and your assistance with it!

Yvonne made it super easy to book the flights we need it. She is very knowledgeable, reliable, efficient and organised. A true pleasure to deal with.

I had an awesome holiday at Canadian Rockies! Thanks to Gianfranco for his help and advice. It was also great that he was able to sort out the misunderstanding about the tour package for breakfast. I highly recommend him and flight centre if you want to enjoy your next trip anywhere in the world.

Very fast and efficient. Very knowledgeable staff that had all the fine details and potential hooks covered.

Yvonne Unka gave very professional service all the way through. She came up with options for me to think about and helped choose the right one for me. She kept in touch with me regularly by email and phone on updates before I left and provided me with a comprehensive Itinerary Package to take with me.

Yvonne Unka was great to deal with. She answered all our questions promptly and kept us up to date with any changes. All our bookings went ahead as advertised with no unwelcome surprises. A very positive experience.

Yvonne Unka is the best! I always go to her for my travel bookings. She is quick, easy to deal with, communicates proactively and is attentive to detail. My latest overseas trip involved a relatively complicated flight schedule, yet everything went smoothly.
