Emma was absolutely incredible and quick in organising my family trip to Japan, as well as our group travel to Sydney for a competition. We are very impressed with the quality of service, she is very kind and relatable, has a lot of knowledge with great recommendations, and she even followed up with us to check the trip was going smoothly. I can’t recommend her enough for all travel needs, especially for trips to Disney! Thank you Emma and Flight Centre Casey for a wonderful service!

Emma Croxford is a colleague of my original travel consultant who is away for holiday. Emma is polite and courteous and very accommodating and knowledgeable. She helped me understand my situation where my supposed carrier, Air Canada, cancelled my flight because of labour disruption.

Fantastic experience
We had a fantastic experience working with Jaime Gooding at @ Casey Central Flight Centre. She made the entire process of booking our flights incredibly smooth and stress-free.
Jaime showed us multiple flight options without any hesitation and patiently guided us through each one, helping us make the best choice for our travel plans. Her supportive and professional attitude truly stood out.
It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable, approachable, and committed to customer satisfaction. We felt completely confident in her hands and will definitely be returning to Jaime for our future travel needs.
