Poor handling of refund process. We had to wait the entire 8 weeks for the refund to be returned to us. Not happy with this process at all.

Poor handling of refund process
Poor handling of refund process. We had to wait the entire 8 weeks for the refund to be returned to us. Not happy with this process at all.

The staff were exemptary and friendly.I never felt that I was just a number. Nothing was too trivial to talk about and I felt like I was important.
