Our Travel Consultant Manhal Gando has been amazing. We had researched the type of trip we wanted to do and he found us exactly what we were looking for. He gave us good options for our business class flights and was very knowledgeable when explaining the pros and cons of the various options. He is very proactive and had organised internal flights, transfers and accomodation required at the start of our tour without me having to chase. His communication is great and he keeps us up to date. Our experience with Flight Centre has taken all the stress out of organising our trip to Africa.

Disappointment with flight booking
Flight Centre did not allocate seats at the time of booking and it was not possible to select seats on the return journey. Any changes to the booking had to be made by Flight Centre - we could not make changes ourselves. The return overnight trip in Premium Economy was very uncomfortable because both seats were broken and could not recline. We didn't have any option to change seats and regret/compensation was not offered.

Hi LP, sorry to see you're not happy with your experience. Unfortunately, seating requests are always made on a request basis, as airlines do have the ability to detach seating requests from any booking if they deem necessary. We do recommend continuing to request seating, and confirming seating assignment upon check in, as often the front portion of the plane is 'preferred' seating and will sometimes be blocked off from requests until closer to travel / at check-in. We will be sure to channel this feedback as appropriate, thank you for your review.

From start to finish, everything was perfectly planned, and we truly had the time of our lives. Your attention to detail and thoughtfulness made the trip unforgettable, and we’re so grateful for all the effort you put into making it such a memorable experience. We visited so many beautiful places, and each day was filled with new adventures thanks to your wonderful planning.
Thank you once again for making our Dubai/European journey so special.

Well they put the wrong birthdates…
Well they put the wrong birthdates never checked it in person when booked the person that took the deposit was in to much of a hurry and couldn't answer questions has she had to go to a meeting
