I have had the absolute pleasure of being served by Ryan at Flight Centre Richmond NSW over the past 2 -3 years. I have needed to book Travel for Myself and Family for pleasure and some Tragic family situations. Each time Ryan has been incredibly dedicated to ensuring the best possible outcome for myself & my family. Ryan is kind, sincere and genuinely investing in ensuring the journey runs seamlessly and exactly what you had expected. He has provided hits and tips to assist with the booking running to plan and offered the most enormous level of compassion and customer care during 2 instances where care and kindness helped ease some of the overwhelming gravity of what we were facing each time.

Nicole at Richmond was instantly available to attend to my request to book a trip to Melbourne. She was efficient and friendly and went above and beyond my needs. I will go back again when I have any travel needs. The car hire was also arranged by her. She listened to my needs and concerns and addressed all of them, then got me a great deal. Our travel agent, Ryan, at the Richmond branch was extremely helpful when we planned our trip to Cairns! He made sure to look over all the small details, and was able to assist us whilst we were away as well.
