I 'invited' myself on a friend's trip after she had booked and the travel consultant was great in organising the same flights and tour as my friend. The travel consultant was very responsive to questions and efficient in sending comprehensive information via email.

Miah at Flight Centre Torquay was excellent. She patiently waded through my half booked trip and helped me work out international flights, domestic flights and speedboats to get me to my destination. She thought of options I hadn't and triple checked it would work. Highly recommend!
