Exceptional service and extremely knowledgeable
My partner and I were lucky enough to meet Soraya in the Albury flight centre office in 2025 and after outlining the trip we wanted, she put everything together for us with the trip focused around a music concert in Montana. One year later we decided to go back to America and called Soraya again. Her knowledge and customer service is five-star quality and once again she has done an incredible job.

Soraya at the Wodonga outlet was so…helpful and efficient
Soraya at the Wodonga outlet was so helpful when we travelled to Norfolk Island last year, that we did not want to deal with anyone else when we were thinking of a visit this year to Cairns. She was so friendly and ultra helpful and made our booking experience very enjoyable and efficient. We are most grateful for her expertise.

Our go to travel agent
Our go to travel agent, Cassy Monteath, has yet again exceeded our expectations with our most recent group travel holiday to Hawaii in late July 2025. Her due diligence and attention to detail is second to none and for those in our group who had not travelled with us last time, it was an adventure that they now wish to repeat. So much so we are in the planning stages right now. Thank you, Cassy, your accommodating approach and willingness to work outside given trading hours is well received.

The staff handled my bookings & enquiries well. I had a specific issue I wasn't able to access with my booking, they did.

I went to flight centre to look at a trip for my family and I. And we got helped with planning the suitable and safe way to travel. Grateful to have received some help from the consultant,Cassy:)
Flight centre really is good a place to go if wanting to book a big trip.
