So I don’t have to write a whole paragraph basically I bought two tickets. I realize that they’re not gonna send you the confirmation number or the boarding passes until hours before your flight not 24 hours. I called them in after reading the reviews. The horrible reviews are very very, very true. The man tells me all everything‘s gonna be fine. Don’t worry about it. I promise you I’ll take care of everything get to the airport two hours 30 minutes early realize that the tickets are basically no good all in a nutshell. The confirmation number doesn’t exist. The only thing the airline had is that I had a refund on one of the tickets and the last four digits did not match my last four digits on my card and the name was a Hispanic name. I don’t have one so I call them back. Finally get somebody on the phone then basically they tried to do the same thing. Get me on two other tickets and when I went to the check in the confirmation was bad again so I asked him are you trying to scam me because it’s like you’re trying to hit a confirmation number that’s gonna work kind of like what scammers do with credit cards. Then I tried to call him back and can’t get a hold of nobody so I had to call my bank so they can dispute the charges and give me my money back every bad review that you’re reading is true and that man sit there and lied to me and said everything’s gonna be fine when I talk to the airline people they said anytime you’re dealing with third parties they should be giving you your confirmation and boarding passes 24 hours prior so your check-in time basically. This is my grandbaby‘s third birthday and now I won’t be able to attend because of them.

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!! SERIOUSLY STAY AWAY FROM THIS BOOKING SITE! THEY SCAM YOU-- ONLY BOOKING ONE WAY FLIGHTS, SAYING THAT ITS ROUND TRIP, AND THEN NOT HAVING A FLIGHT BACK HOME. ONLY TO CHARGE YOU THE DIFFERENCE IN RATES FOR THE FLIGHT DAY OF OR NEXT DAY WHEN PRICES ARE SURGED! TOTAL SCAM!!! I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS !!! SO DISGUSTING OF THE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE THEY ARE SCAMMING ! 🤢 CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A WASTE OF TIME AND PLACES YOU ON HOLD AND DOESN'T RETURN! THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!

Booked flight one month before travel date. Two days before flight I received email saying tickets unavailable! When I contacted company they would sell me the exact same ticket but for $700 more! They promise cheap then cancel ticket to scam for market rates. Do not ever use them… you will lose lots

Still waiting for my refund after didn’t get my Flight info to make changes, it’s been a month after my inquiry

THIS COMPANY RUINED MY ANNIVERSARY TRIP TO LAS VEGAS. THEY STILL OWE ME $538.86 FROM OCT 26TH 2025. BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU NEEDS TO SHUT THEM DOWN. THEY ARE THIEVES AND GOD DOESN'T LIKE UGLY SO THEY WILL LOSE MORE THAN WHAT THEY STOLE FROM EVERYONE THEY HAVE WRONGED. THEY MESSED WITH GOD CHILDREN SO I LEAVE IT IN HIS HANDS. I REPEAT DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AND DON'T BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY ARE SAYING BECAUSE IT IS ALL LIES ESPECIALLY THEIR MANAGER STEVE. WORST FLIGHT COMPANY EVER. I WISH I COULD GIVE NO STARS.

Don't even bother booking with them. This is a very well run scam. They take your money, issue a flight confirmation number with everything. Then when you go to your flight, none of it exists. They'll keep telling you to wait etc and finally will just block you. Luckily, we got a last minute booking with them and we were able to alert our bank on time to get all our money back.

STAY AWAY. I'm not sure if it is fraud or incompetence. Didn't get my reservation numbers until 15 hours before boarding. Got to airline Kiosk. My reservation number was not found. The other traveler printed boarding pass, but first name was the last name. Couldn't use ticket. I bought 2 new airline tickets on the airline app last night because it just did not seem right.

PSA- please do not book here! I booked on 01/14/2026 and had a flight for 01/16/2026 . I got the email for booking with them but I didn’t get a confirmation. I called back and they told me my booking was in progress every day up until my flight. The day of my flight they told me they were going to send it but never sent it! I was at the airport waiting and never got it. When I called back they said oh the airline made a mistake and out of tickets we will have to refund you . They lied I booked right at the airport . They never booked my flight and lied about a refund. This is a scam I’m 100% real! I will write a review every day if I have to to help people not go through what I did! They are scammers!! Don’t book no matter how much you think you are going to save! Don’t doo itt

We bought round trip tickets from Orlando to Detroit, when we tried to board we found out the tickets were fraudulent, I have tried to get our money back since Oct 9th 2025 to no avail, I am now in process of sending the information to the FTC and FBI cyber crime units.

I purchased two airline tickets. Never received a valid confirmation number. (I received a "booking reservation" number that was meaningless.) Contacted airline and they had no record of tickets in my name. Flightsclick.com was 100% scam.
