Do not use this service. It's a complete scam. They will take you personal identify and credit card information and then call a few hours later claiming there was a problem with the booking and now the price is much higher.

Complete con. After I paid for business class flights to Sydney Cheaptripdesk did not send the e-tickets they send a booking acknowledgement, not the the booking confirmation and fares are not guaranteed until ticketed you are then informed the price does not include baggage and carry on bag fee and it goes on and on.It is the same, same with other such web sites like Cheapflyshop that are offering flights from China Southern or China Eastern Airlines.

SCAM! If I an option to give them 0 stars, I would gladly do so. I booked 2 tickets and they sent me a confirmation email saying everything is good and tickets will be issued in a separate email. They never issued the tickets nor bothered to tell me why they were not issued. After I called them later at night to see why the tickets weren't issued, they said price has gone up and they cannot honor the original booking price booked in the morning, even though they had fully sent out the confirmation email. Are you kidding me? When you book through any website, and receive a confirmation email, you are supposed to honor it. It's false advertising and trying to fool the customer. Customer service is in a 3rd world country and they dont know what they are doing. Use a knowledgeable agency, rather than these scammers. They will rip you off. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! DON'T FALL FOR THE LOW FARE TRAP! IT'S FAKE!

They are a scam! i don't know how they did it but I called American Airlines and got these guys. He was helpful and could see all my reservations but when I wanted to add one it got processed ad Cheaptripdesk. as a travel agent or consolidator AA will not award miles or give me the benefit of my status.

What a nightmare. Next call is to the FBI Have already put a stop to my credit card and am disputing the charge.

This site promised us direct flights at one price, but never bothered to process the payment. They never bothered to tell us that they couldn’t deliver, just left us to call them when the tickets failed to arrive. By the time we realized we did not in fact have flights to get us to our cruise, the prices had doubled, no direct flights were available anywhere. They tried to book an alternate flight, but couldn’t come close to what the original contract was for. We ended up having to drive from Toronto to Florida.

Do NOT book with this company. I was looking for cheap flights and cheap fare finder advertised a decent price - looked legit - so I booked. Then the website switched to cheap trip desk and they up charged without my consent. When I called them to inquire they told me it would be even more money to secure the tickets. Thankfully I was not charged but they still have all my info. Surprising that these companies can exist with today's social media tech reviews but they prey upon people who may be in a hurry etc. Spread the word....deals are only found on legit websites that have a well known reputation.

This agency are a scam, I bought ticket from tham july to fly by December and pay full for it and a confirmation number was sent to me, only for me to discover later from the airline after 3months that the ticket has been suspended when I tried to buy extra logged space.
The Airline said I should contact my bank or this stupid agency to resolved the payment issue. I called up but Nicole ask to give 24hours to resolve the issue with the airline . after 48 hrs, nothing was done.
She Nicole said a new ticket has been issued and it will be forwarded to me
At this time of writing this feedback, we are still on this issue. No headway either getting my money back or getting a replacement ticket

Don't book with this agency. They are the worst website to buy tickets .They just want to take your money. They put all the tickets on the site first at a cheap price and then charge you more. Never buy tickets from them. Never trust the customer service who calls you. Yesterday I bought a ticket and I got the booking # too , but after a day Nickel called me and told me your ticket will be cancel if you don't pay extra and that time I didn't have accuses to my computer to check the price and she said its a very good price , I trusted to her and unfortunately I bought my ticket and when after that I check the price , I saw more ticket cheaper and when I called her she said you accept the price and I told her again at that time I didn't have access to my computer . This is the first and last time I bought tickets from them.

It's a scam. If you made payment just block your card. They will call you to tell some excuse of cancelling your ticket and pay them $300 for reservation.

It's a scam. Don't book with this agency. My wives parents bought tickets through them, within 24 hours they were notified that their tickets had to be cancelled. No itinerary nor confirmation number had been provided. When we called they notified us that we could cancel altogether but would have to pay. At first they said the cancellation fee was to cover the airport taxes (remember there was never an actual ticket booked on an airline) much later it became apparent that it was the agencies reservation fees ($300) but no reservation was ever confirmed and they cancelled whatever did exist. Our read is that they are an agency that can provide actual airfare but draw people in with cheap tickets that either don't exist or "exist," only as an advertising gimmick in small quantities. Once you have purchased with them the cancel or notify you of a price increase and then they lock you into purchasing with them because the cancelling costs are so high. Don't book with them!!
