I bought a flight ticket from their site.
Tried to pay with a credit card, but could not, so I paid with a debit card.
They told me I will receive a boarding pass a day before the departure date. Unfortunately, I received an email from them instead saying that my ticket was cancelled. I had to buy another ticket from another travel agency in the last minute.
I asked for a refund, and they told me I will get it in 2 days, then in a week, then in another 2 weeks etc.. Their call center is situated in India with indian agents using christian names: Elena, Sophia, Hazel etc..
Beware of these scammers. Do not do business with them.

Flight Merchants is a scam website, made a booking with them on a monday and they said i would get a boarding pass on friday the day before my flight. I never got the boarding pass and they never contacted or replied to my emails. I ended up buying a last minute ticket at double the price. BEWARE: NEVER USE FLIGHT MERCHANTS!!!!

Never ever even try to book hr flights with these scammers. They scam you they are not trustworthy at all dnt waste ur time and money they r sitting in india and try to scam ur card so be carefull they sent u fake reservation.

Very disappointing experience. I would not book with Flight Merchant again. They issued the wrong business class itinerary, cancelled it, and were unable to honor the fare I had booked. I received multiple assurances that my ticket would be issued, along with inconsistent timelines that were never met. As a result, I lost the original fare while business airfares increased significantly. It took almost three weeks and multiple follow-ups to receive my refund. The refund amount I received was also lower than the amount I originally paid, and I am still awaiting an explanation. Poor communication, poor handling of the booking, and an extremely stressful experience.

En noviembre del 2025 compré unos tiquetes para viajar de CR a New York. Nunca me llegaron los boletos de avión. Trate de mandar correos electrónicos, llamar a todos los números dice que no existen, nunca me contestaron, el muchacho Andrés me decía que pronto llegaban los boletos y nunca llegaron, nos bloqueó a mí y a mi esposo, después ni siquiera las llamadas contestaba. No le importa que lleváramos una bebé, no tuvo humanidad de nada. SON ESTAFADORES, NO CAIGAN EN SUS ENGAÑOS.

Reserve un pasaje ida y vuelta me cobraron el total del pasaje y el dia del viaje me responden que perdieron la reserva y que me realizarían la.devolucuon del dinero entre 15 a 20 dias y hasta la fecha lo han realizado y tampoco contestan los números telefónicos. Me siento estafada.

Booked a flight did not get confirmation. Went to call customer service and a person answered hello...I asked if this was flight merchant and he said oh yes. He has an Indian accent and I was asking about my flight and he said someone will call me back with confirmation number. I thought it was strange and I continued to question him. He told me he was a Spanish speaking agent and didn't speak good english lol. I said you most certainly are not Hispanic. Anyway after phone call I came to the reviews and freaked out. I checked my bank account and nothing was charged so I called my bank and cancelled my card and explained I was scammed. I sure am glad I did because that evening they tried to charge 1100 dollars to my card. Flight was only 130. Stay clear of this website.
