Excellent transaction.

Excellent transaction from start to finish, chatted with them on WhatsApp prior to purchasing to confirm some details, quick & friendly replies.

Purchased an "excellent" standard S24 Ultra and they upgraded it to brand new at no extra cost, factory sealed phone arrived within a week.

Would definitely be my first port of call for an future phone purchases.

Dealing with this company was a real…

Dealing with this company was a real pleasure. I was buying a new, more modern phone and was anxious as my knowledge was minimal. I am 80+ and felt understood and reassured by Fliphand, who went out of their way to help me. I think I might of been a bit of a pain!

I have purchased Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7 FE as I wanted my phone to be small enough to go in my pocket. I wanted/ordered white, but this colour wasn't available atm. However, Fliphand offered to double the memory and upgrade "new - open box" to brand new in black. The offer was too good to ignore!

Looking for replacement of old phone.

Looking for a replacement of old mobile phone. Did not want to spend more than £500 or a reconditioned one. Saw Fliphand, they have second hand mobiles in very good condition. Brought a Samsung S24 Ultra £499 and they up grade it to Brand new! I'm very pleased and would definitely recommend Fliphand.

Spot on service - got a cheeky free upgrade!

Honestly so chuffed with Fliphand. I ordered a 'Good' condition Samsung S23, but they actually upgraded me to 'Excellent' for free! The phone itself is immaculate. I was a bit skeptical about buying pre-owned, but it literally looks and feels brand new. So happy with it. Will definitely recommend them to mates. Cheers guys!
