The Float Life Europe offre un excellent service client et des produits de qualité. J'ai particulièrement apprécié la touche personnelle avec une note manuscrite et des autocollants dans le colis. La livraison a été un peu lente, mais cela semble être lié au service postal plutôt qu'à l'entreprise elle-même. Les prix sont corrects, et leur engagement envers les clients est évident. Globalement, une très bonne expérience.

Nous mettons effectivement beaucoup de soin dans la préparation de nos commandes et dans l'expérience client de manière générale. C'est primordial pour nous.
Concernant les délais d'expédition, c'est effectivement la seule partie qui n'est pas complètement de notre ressort. Nous travaillons avec des transporteurs fiables mais il peut arriver que les délais soient plus longs que ceux annoncés. C'est pour cette raison également que nous proposons un maximum de solutions d'envoi, de la livraison en point relais, à domicile ou à domicile en délais express.
On vous souhaite de bons rides et on espère vous proposer une service 5 étoiles la prochaine fois ! :)

Livré plus tôt que prévu
Livré plus tôt que prévu alors que l'équipe était présente à un événement ! Il était bien précisé sur le site et j'ai eu un mail suite à ma commande pour m'informer que ma commande aurait du retard. J'étais prêt à attendre plus longtemps, mais finalement, ma commande a été expédiée dans des délais tout à fait raisonnables, ce qui m'a permis de changer mon pneu d'urgence ! Merci pour ce service !

Once we connected by email, we worked out a solution, issued a full refund, and provided compensation to make up for the inconvenience.
