TFL pint trail grip
I ordered the TFL pint grip for trails (20 grit) and it has been working out wonderfully for me. Fast shipping, correct prices. Can't complain about anything. Also really fun touch to have your own TFL tape on the package and to include stickers, even on a small order, really makes it feel like you, the customer are appreciated!

Ils aiment leur clients !
Entreprise qui a l'air tout à fait sérieuse !
Je n'ai pas eu à faire à leur SAV car tout était niquel.
Aussi j'apprécie grandement les petits goodies (porte clef, stickers) qui peuvent se trouver dans la boîte, plus le petit mot personnalisé nous remerciant de la commande, c'est agréable et ça montre qu'ils se soucient de leur clients !

Ça va, mais peut mieux faire.
Tout s'est bien passé. Envoi rapide. Par contre pas de conseil client, magasin fermé aux horaires declares sur google, et malheureuseme tout n'est pas forcément dit dans les videos. TFL EU ne répond pas non plus aux emails. Au prix de ces petits jouets... on attendrait plus.

I think that we need some clarification on the situation and maybe raise one point. We sent you an email with all the details of your order being on hold for a product momentarily out of stock, giving options to move forward with this. Maybe that our emails went to your scam, so we just sent you another email to address the situation smoothly.
We do care a lot about customer experience and we want to do the maximum for the riders and the development of the sport in Europe.
As the sole operator of Float Life Europe, there are times when I become swamped and can get more request that I can handle, giving some delay. But saying that we are a scam is not correct. Your money is secured, your order will be delivered or refunded as you wish but never stolen from you.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
