All good, communication, delivery etc...
Exactly the same carpet nearly half price cheaper than local shop.
Ordered two rolls, first has arrived as scheduled, second two days later.
Pleasure do business with them.

At the time of writing this review, I have placed the order but not received it yet. However, so far it's been straightforward to order via the website and I heard promptly from Martin and Aedan re booking a delivery slot. So far, so good and pleased with the service I've received.

Really disappointed. Sales guys started off great. Communication was really good until my order was placed, but has rapidly went down hill. You seriously need to find another courier company! Was given a delivery date…no delivery! Was told it would be following day…no delivery! Emailed twice again to find out what’s happening…no reply! 2 days holiday from work completely wasted. Since then, no update on rescheduled delivery and I’m still waiting to hear. You’re quick enough to accept orders and take peoples money, but after sales if shocking. Not happy at all! I expect to be compensated for this.

Some people may have had problems..with orders...my personal experience has been 👍 great......

Recently ordered underlay from them which was a great price and delivered the following week. Communication about deliver happened a couple of days after the order. Very helpful and great communication about changing the delivery address. Just ordered with them again as so easy to deal with and often less than half the price of your massive brand stores for the same product!

What an amazing service, so impressed with the whole team at Flooring Megastore, but in particular a huge thanks to Martin who could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable and patient with us. Your website is very good and really competitive prices. But it is the knowledge and customer service that really rated highly. On three occassions I spoke to Martin, about product details, and samples. and the 3rd was to confirm delivery dates. Each time he was very courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. Plus he remembered me. So really good experience, thank you Martin The final time I spoke to was I think the 2nd or 3rd May 2023

Company has my carpet order but no confirmation from warehouse about when I will get delivery but payment has been taken.

delivery and ease of order was good - after sales was terrible !
Wrong shade of carpet sent as first item to be laid then they wouldn't acknowledge or help with the issue - disappointing because whoever picked that roll knew it was different prior to sending.

order been made and Martin called to confirm 24 April to delivery. Delivery didnt show up and called their customer service. They said their courier delayed the schudle. But they didn't send any email/text to inform me about the delay. Wasted whole day of my requested day off. What a mess. Let's see if I could receive my item this Wednesday of not, have to be waiting for whole day(8:00am-18:00)again. Totally disappointed with their delivery service.

Updated, Item received on wednesday. Martin tried to help for update of the delivery guy appericated with Matin's services.

How can I review a product or service when the item has not even got to your delivery team, let alone to me?
Overdue and no sign of when it will arrive.
Apparently you are still trying to find out when it will be available.
Please stop sending my emails reminding me to give a revue.

Said they had stock of flooring I wanted so ordered and paid then got a call saying they didnt have stock for at least a month! had to cancel the order.

Great communication, speedy delivery, competitive prices and a very easy to use website. Martin was very helpful and managed to squeeze our delivery into a tight schedule. Would definitely use again.

Company seems great, good prices and friendly team however courier service is shocking. They need to upgrade to a premium courier.

Advised customer service when confirming on the phone that the property was empty where the carpet was being delivered and I would have to drive over for the delivery.

Delivery date confirmed between 8am -6pm. Waited at the property from 7am. Advised via email in the afternoon that the delivery is delayed- whole day wasted. Advised it might be the day after (+1 day) or the day after that (+2 day) but they can’t confirm ( + ?? Days) until the next day. How do you schedule work around that uncertainty???. Total uncertainty when it would actually be delivered this messed the fitter around too !

With work i can’t wait around for potentially two extra days for a possible delivery. Thus told them to cancel the order and issue a refund as they failed to deliver on the day stated and it’s under the 14 day cool off period.

Had to cancel the fitter so wasted his time as well.

Then told no refund as carpet had been cut (4x3m) and the 14day cool off period doesn’t apply. So money wasted.

Sadly I can’t work around a flexible and unconfirmed delivery date . Their courier service lets them down (8am-6pm with delivery due on one day out of three but we can’t confirm which day! )

Probably fine if you in all day at your own home but no good for those who work/ in trades at different sites.

Excellent service and great prices. Will definitely be using again.
