Helpful, supportive, easy to use
I chose presets they didn’t suit my style. I reached out to customer support and they were super helpful, easy to communicate with and supported me to find the presets that suit my style. The presets are easy to use and I’m not tech savvy. Definitely would recommend!

Very bad
I'm so disappointed with their presets.. not worthy at all. I bought golden hour preset and then i was in shock when I saw everything but not golden hour... Literally just overexposed effect and nothing else. Also, they did not reply to my message. Very, very bad.

Would never recommend this company
Would never recommend this company. Truly awful presets that will ruin your photos and discourage you. Even worse customer service once I wrote in that I was unhappy with their presets. They did not care. 10/10 DO NOT recommend.

On two separate occasions I have lost…
On two separate occasions I have lost all data on my laptop and needed to reinstall my presets. Without having a profile, I was not sure I would be able to get them back. However, the Flourish support team made it really easy and still had my presets from my past purchase. They were able to send me my presets for an easy process of reinstalling them. They were really helpful and so kind throughout the entire process. I also love using these presets. I HIGHLY recommend this company!

I am a professional photographer and these presets help save a lot of time in the LR batch editing process. The colors are vibrant, natural and crisp unlike many other presets I've purchased on Etsy or Instagram that claim to be universal for every photo. LOVE these presets. The golden hour & boho dream are my two favourites. I’m a family photographer & these presets have saved me hours of time editing as there is such a wide selection (6-12) in each preset which I love. Definitely will purchase more. Highly recommend.

Happy South African!!
I’m all the way in South Africa, we don’t have many options for quality presets so after months of searching and checking our currency exchange rate, I chose Flourish Presets.
The quality of my purchase is out of this world amazing!! I hunted for months, and there were so many beautiful options but they cater for every style for all photographers. I had struggled for quite some time to be satisfied with my own style, and finally after using my Flourish presets I am settled and happy and have my style!
Alexa, you gave me that!
I have NEVER come across such INCREDIBLE customer service, the owner Alexa and her support team made me feel like a valued person, replied to every email and helped every question I had. I cannot sing their praises enough.
This is the best company with the best humans and the best quality of service and product.
Flourish presets - or nothing at all. Forever your biggest fan! Stacey.
