Delivered flowers on time. Staff, Izawati was very helpful and efficient because it was my first order, ordering from Canada for a friend's funeral. I requested for a photo upon delivery and received it. Flowers were exactly shown on website. Thanks!

Excellent customer service

Fast replies from Izawati! She answered all my inquiries and helped me with my requests. Highly recommended for those who want to send a gift to their loved ones. You won't be stressed out even though it's the last minute, trust me.

Great service

Overall Arrangement Less Impressive than the Advertised

Thank you for delivering the fruit gift box today. I just wanted to share some feedback.

While I understand that fruits can vary, the box received didn’t quite match the presentation shown on your online store. I had given consent earlier to replace the 3 peaches with 3 pears, which was fine, but the overall arrangement still felt less impressive than expected, especially as it was meant to be a birthday gift.

I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as consistency in presentation is important for gifting. Appreciate your thoughts on this.
