Very rude and unhelpful
Rude, unhelpful, and zero accountability
When my order arrived late and in terrible condition, I reached out to their customer support. Instead of apologizing or offering a solution, I was met with dismissive, rude responses. They blamed “the courier” and basically told me there was nothing they could do. I’ve never dealt with such unprofessional service — they clearly don’t value customers at all.

Worst Experience
I placed my order at 11:00 AM, expecting that a 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM window would be more than enough time for a mid-day delivery. Instead, the driver showed up at the very last possible minute (3:45 PM). While they might technically be 'within the window,' it is completely unacceptable to make a customer wait nearly 5 hours for an early morning order. There is zero efficiency here. Will not be ordering again.

Areas for Improvement
The items were neatly packed and the cake was in great condition. Just the teddy bear has one hole that needs stiching. Maybe the stuff toy should be checked prior packing. Also delivery was beyond the time range requested. Overall I am satisfied with the pdt and service.

Perfect gift for loved ones when you’re living overseas.
It’s great help for us who lives overseas to send gifts for our loved ones. Initially, the cake delivered was damaged. But they were quick to act and went extra miles to rectify the situation. Customer service was excellent. They redelivered another cake within the day fast and in time without costs. The cake was indeed delicious and the flowers were still fresh.
