They sent a smaller arrangement than what I paid for and they sent the wrong arrangement, using cheap flowers and not the ones clearly pictured. Then when I called to complain they said I had to send an email to show them how the flowers were supposed to look! I was in the middle of asking a question and they disconnected the call. The person who took my call had a very strong accent and was difficult to understand.

This is probably a scam operation. It is “under investigation” and someone will call me back. I have no faith I will hear from this group again.

Ordered early 4/7 for same day delivery…
Ordered early 4/7 for same day delivery as website presented to be local in Anna, TX. Was charged 83.18 for something that was never delivered. Was told it would take 48 hours to investigate. A week later and still no resolution just that it as been escalated. When I asked for a physical address to report to the BBB I was asked why and told they could not provide me with that information. That right there screams scam. Please do not use this business.
DROPPED THE BALL
I ordered 160.00 memorial service flowers for my dear friend who passed away. I received order confirmation, and the charge. When I called on day of delivery to get confirmation they had been delivered, I was informed that my order had been canceled. I received NO email cancellation of order. I received NO phone call of cancellation. Now 1 hour before service I have no way to send anything. Per flowers by nora, they stated they tried to call the deceased person to advise order had been canceled. REALLY! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS. RUN!!! F- SHOULD BE THEIR RATING! NOT 1 STAR!!!
Bought a premium basket
Bought a premium basket, got a vase. Offered a $20 refund, basically only covers their dubious service charge. Admitted they only sent basic in email. Complained to FTC, MC, and charging back with card. Everyone should. This is scam 101.

Everything was wrong! Completely wrong arrangement sent - nothing like basket that I ordered. Multiple emails suggest their policy allows “substitutions” but surely not just allowing them to send whatever bruised flowers they have leftover. Two calls answered by different people said “email team had it and they would have to resolve it and then THEY BOTH HUNG UP ON ME! Some customer service! I’m not done with this!
Terrible delivery experience.
My wife had to walk 4 buildings away to pick up her own flowers.
The delivery girl called my wife 3 times back to back and when my wife answered the delivery girl was clearly frantic and confused claiming that the campus was just too big and she was lost.
All the delivery girl had to do was google the info I left on the directions. There is only 1 Career Center at UTD. I'm just glad my wife had enough foresight to tell her to stay put and she so she could go and track down the delivery girl.
So needless to say the flowers weren't a surprise for my wifes birthday. Lesson learned.
Flowers not delivered, likely a scam
Ordered flowers for next day delivery, but received an email two days later saying 'due to supply issues' my order was cancelled. I only received this email in response to my inquiry about the order.

When I contacted the business to tell them that the bouquet I ordered doesn't resemble the one received they replied to me with their terms and conditions contract. Just wow!

This company misrepresents its services and fails to meet basic business standards. I order get well flowers for my sister. I was very clear when ordering that the order taker should help me pick something the florist had the flowers for. Several hours later I get an email saying we have no flowers today and we are refunding your order. Meanwhile my sister is in the hospital without the flowers to cheer her up. The organize acts like it is a local business but it is actually in Florida running a national web-based business. Stay away from the company.

Order $115 arrangement for our wedding anniversary, what I received was far different from what they advertise. wish I could post a picture to show everyone. company was unwilling to do anything other than a $20 credit. will never use or recommend Flowers by Nora for business again.
Won't order from them again
I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday. She owns a cafe in Reynoldstown, GA and I wanted her to be able to enjoy the flowers during the cafe's opening hours so she could share them with the staff and customers. I specifically noted on the order that the cafe closes at 4:00 pm on Saturdays; they weren't delivered until 6:54 pm. My daughter just happened to be there cleaning up when the flowers were delivered three hours late. I called the florist on Monday to ask whey they were delivered late and was told they have a lot of orders and can't guaranty a time. If that's the case, they should have let me know before hand, and I would have chosen another florist.

Add us to the list of people scammed by this company. We ordered flowers shown in the description with 14 flowers shown from the one side of the photo. The actual bouquet that arrived had 4 total flowers in it. Their customer service was not sympathetic at all.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent order from Flowers by Nora (Order No. N‑3118‑874160‑0764, placed on March 25, 2026). I was encouraged to upgrade to the deluxe arrangement for a fuller and more elegant display, especially since the flowers were intended for a family member’s wake.
Unfortunately, the arrangement delivered was nothing close to what was promised. While waiting in line to pay our respects, my husband and I noticed the display and were shocked. The flowers were wilted, sparse, and poorly assembled. The arrangement looked as though it was worth no more than $25, despite costing nearly $100. It was embarrassing and upsetting during an already difficult moment.
After the service, I contacted customer service and was told that no action could be taken without a photo. I explained that the arrangement was placed by the casket at a wake, and taking pictures would have been inappropriate and disrespectful. I was told this was “policy,” which only added to my frustration. No reputable company should expect customers to photograph funeral arrangements during a wake.
This experience was extremely disappointing, and I will not be doing business with Flowers by Nora again. I hope you will reconsider your quality standards and customer service policies so others do not have to go through the same experience.
Not a local florist. Total scam
Dang, I should have read the reviews before using this horrible company. I ordered a premium arrangement - thinking I was giving business to a local florist. When the arrangement came it was NOTHING CLOSE to what was ordered. It was spindly and poorly arranged and the flowers were not at all the color scheme or the actual flowers that I ordered. If I could give a minus one, I would. Do not be mislead by their false advertising. This is some big conglomerate and 100% not a local florist. Shame on them for being so deceptive.
Stay away from this company
One was the lowest number I could give. I would have given zero. The worst flower order ever. I ordered the large size. When I arrived at the wake service the wreath was the smallest size. This was for a child and instead of a nice size teddy bear it looked like something from a McDonald's meal. I hope this helps someone else. I would recommend stay away from this company!!!!

I went through their site to place an order for a funeral. After I entered all the details & hit submit, their site froze & was stuck on “Loading…” so I placed an order with a different company company. A few minutes later I received an alert that they had charged my debit card so I immediate called them to let them know of the charge & requested a refund since the item was still in my cart. The rep told me she had placed a request for a refund and that she would call me back that day or Saturday. She never called & so I called back on Monday and was then informed that a refund was not requested. I offered to send the a pic of the item still in my cart & as well as asking them to send me the email confirmation (have now requested it 3 times) and they are refusing.
They prey on your family’s losses. Be careful, they will scam you.

Terrible and misleading. Ordered top of line bouquet and thankfully saw the bouquet that was delivered. It was nothing like the picture! Beware!
