THIS PRODUCT AND COMPANY ARE A TOTAL RIPOFF! I got my styling brush fairly quickly, but experienced problems quickly. The brush only held a charge for one use. I put it on the charger and it wouldn’t charge. I tried different charging cords with no success. I reached out to return and after a week of “try this” and “try that” it still didn’t work. I asked for a refund under their policy. They finally agreed and then I found out I would have to return to China at my expense. I have been burned by this before. I was pretty upset because the company has a business address in WYOMING! I thought the return would have been straightforward. They offered me a 30% refund which I took.
UPDATE: COMPANY REACHED OUT AND HAS GIVEN ME A REFUND OF 70%.

Well I was sent the incorrect charger…
Well I was sent the incorrect charger for my Numoya heated brush. I contacted the company. There was back and forth which was frustrating HOWEVER, Erica gave my issue attention, corrected my incorrect assumption and then apologised for the frustration and went the extra mile to correct the original mistake which was theirs. I can forgive mistakes. We all make them but negligence is almost unforgiveable. Erica was great!

Do not…. I repeat do not purchase this item it doesn’t work as advertised. A regular hair brush does better than this thing!
And as far as a refund …… forget it you just lost your money

I received excellent customer service from Flown Beauty, the item that I ordered didn't quite meet my needs and I was helped through the process by Aaron who was extremely helpful and responded promptly. He provided me with all the information I needed and assisted me in finding a suitable alternative.

Erica is the person who handled my complaints. She asked very good questions to ascertain the problem and even asked for a picture of my appliance. She seemed determined to find the best solution even after I suggested a workaround.

Do not shop with this company. I purchased a FLOWN hairbrush and was dissatisfied with the design and performance. I tried to return it and was told I had to send it to China with tracking, a cost that exceeded the cost of the brush, roughly $65. Returning it to China is not stated in their advertisement of the product, which is false advertising. It took 5 emails to learn that I could get a 30% refund or I could "give it to a friend." Horrific that they lie in the ad and then are presumtuous about the value of money - just give it away. Do not shop with this company.

This is the second time I’ve ordered from your company. I’m happy with the brush I bought! I now mistakenly ordered 2 instead of one hair dryer. When I realized this after ordering, I immediately emailed requesting refund for 1, heard back from Darwin shortly after, and was told I could expect it within 5-7 days. Excellent customer service!

I purchased the Portable Straightener Brush and after trying it out requested a return. I worked with Marie and was offered two options, partial refund or item of choice of product of equal or lesser value free. I chose the replacement item and Marie responded promptly with details. Good customer service, quick responses.
Amazing Service
I lodged a complaint about my Go Brush Pro as it wasn't keeping its charge. Ella handled the matter quickly and efficiently. She kept me updated throughout the entire process until the replacement was shipped. I truly appreciate the care she showed in looking after her customer, along with her excellent communication skills. I truly appreciate the amazing service. Don’t waste your time and money on this product. It doesn’t work properly and only in Celsius temperatures. No way to control temperature.

Not the great product as advertised all…
Not the great product as advertised all over the place.
When fully charged, barely does two sessions of hair styling. Light plastic product, awkward to hold in hand. Had high hopes for this product but it is just like all the others I have tried while traveling. Not too impressive despite all the hype which by the way, does work as I bought this product.
I will keep looking for something of better quality.

I accidentally ordered the wrong charger, should have been a UK one. One quick message and Darwin corrected it for me within 12 hours.
Great customer service!
I ordered one of their products by mistake and immediately contacted customer service. To my surprise, they refunded me in a very timely manner so I could order the correct product. The customer service representative’s name was Carol. She was kind and very easy to work with!
