The technician understood my issue
The technician understood my issue and worked to resolve it. It had some complexity which I anticipated and she voluntarily and proactively worked with another co-worker to understand how to get the problem with resolved. Since the problem was complex I didn't mind this and I was appreciative that she did this proactively and without excuses.
Working together we got the system up and running again.…
We had several issues to work through and the rep hung in there and resolved all our problems. She was willing to go the extra mile and do the research required. I couldn't be more impressed with her professionalism and diligence.

Jeizza was the best technical representative I’ve worked with. I explained to her my issue and she’s a good listener. We were having issues with our smoke detector. She took the time and guided us through taking it down, reinstalling the batteries & reinstalling the detector. She has great patience because she walked us through each step and informed us what she would do on her end. She is courteous, customer oriented, patient and easy to understand. Thank you, Jeizza, for all the help you gave us. We called about this issue a few times before but Jeizza is the only one that worked with us to resolve it.
