Flymedi Phenomenal Experience
I was dealing with two lovely ladies via WhatsApp the first ladies name was called Maria and the second lady was a patient co-ordinator called Alexandra.
I flew over from Ireland alone and was very nervous the experience was phenomenal, the hotel was absolutely beautiful it was called the Days Inn by Wyndham Istanbul Bomonti.
On the day of surgery Alexandra was absolutely amazing kind and very caring.
The clinic called Istanbul Aesthetic Center with private bedrooms and ensuite were immaculate the surgeon was absolutely amazing he was called Dr.Ergin and the nurses are so kind and extremely caring.
Flymedi organised the transport, hotel, surgery and medication don't hesitate please contact Maria and she will do all the hard work for you.
Maria and Alexandra I thank you so much for absolutely everything.

I am very happy with my procedure. The Staff was great. My surgeon was great and very competent as well as my dentist. At no time did I fell uncomfortable. My gums were bleeding for a long time and despite professional teeth cleaning the bleeding did not stop. Finally the bleeding stopped thanks to my dentist at Flymedi. A special thanks to my translator Safak, he helped me even when he was not his job anymore. It was a great experience. I am looking forward to my next visit. I recommended flymedi to my family members and friends.

Merve was great
Merve, the bariatric dietitian, was great, explained everything clearly and checked in on me regularly. She gave me everything I needed to continue my recovery at home.
The consultant before that didn't give me the details of how to find my taxi at the airport so I was stranded for a long time, and they told me there would be a hotel for one night but that wasn't true, just the hospital. If it wasn't for this, it would have been so much less stressful.
The good rating is for Merve who sorted out the transport and explained about the hotel when I was in a panic and thinking of coming straight home.

Starting with poor communication from Angela, barely answering my questions and going ghost for long periods of time especially leading up to the days of my surgery. When I got there, I was under the impression my surgery was at Luna clinic which I had researched and was a well repped clinic, I was instead taken to CERRAHI clinic which was a 3.5/5 stars. When I spoke to Angela saying I think I’m at the wrong clinic she’s like no “they have rented out a floor in that clinic” it looked absolutely nothing like the pictures. My doctor was great, Dr. Adra. Well educated and did a great job. But everything surrounding the surgery I had horrible experience with. I was left in my own period blood for hours after the surgery because they forgot to put a pad on me after the surgery. I asked for my garment to be switched out since it was covered in blood and Angela advised me to wash it by hand after I just had surgery. She was extremely rude and careless about everything. Go somewhere else

Excellent service provided. Arranged transfer from airport to hotel, 4 star good quality, then arranged medical surgery as requested, transfer to hospital and then back to hotel. Coordinator was in contact on Whatsapp all the time. I am fully satisfied with the quality of service.

Es ist eigentlich alles schief gegangen…
Es ist eigentlich alles schief gegangen was schief gehen kann !! Bin am Sonntag angekommen , Montag zur OP andere Klinik als geplant ! BRUSTVERKLEINERUNG und Bauchdeckenstraffung war geplant! Zu meinem Glück im Nachhinein kam es nur zur Brustverkleinerung, wäre es anders gewesen wäre ich noch hilfloser und komplett aufgeschmissen gewesen!! Am nächsten Tag zurück ins Hotel. Meine Koordinatorin war erst eine Woche dabei, sie tat mir sehr leid. Sie war total überfordert und gestresst! Ja fast hilflos!! Ich hatte keine Unterstützung fühle mich total alleine auf mich gestellt! Heute hat sie gekündigt! Ich sitze hier nun alleine und bin gespannt wie es nun am Montag für mich weitergeht mit nachkontrolle und Rückflug!! Gestern wurden mir die Drainagen gezogen in der Klinik ohne auf die Wunde zu schauen oder geschweige dem zu säubern, bevor man mich aber auch noch erst in eine falsche klinik gefahren hatte und ich wieder zurück in die für mich zuständige klinik gebracht wurde.. alles mit allem war ich fast 4 Stunden unterwegs .im hotel verzweifelt zurück war meine rechte Seite komplett durchgeblutet. Heute morgen bin ich dann in eine andere klinik gebracht worden. Dort wurde sich sehr lieb meiner angenommen, meine Wunden versorgt und vor allem erstmal gesäubert worden. Obwohl es gar nicht deren ihre Aufgabe gewesen wäre!! Ein großes Danke schön an die Stamboul Klinik , ihr habt mir gezeigt das es auch anders gehen kann !!! Meine Koordinatorin hat es auch so an Flymedi weitergegeben was los war mit mir und trotzdem kam wieder kein Anruf wie es mir geht nichts!!!Ja und durch die Sofortige Kündigung meiner Koordinatorin weil sie wohl selbst nicht mehr konnte und keine Unterstützung bekam !!muss ich jetzt echt zittern was mich am Montag erwartet!! Keiner fühlte sich irgendwie richtig zuständig und verantwortlich!! Es kamen zwar Entschuldigungen und Worte wie so etwas wäre noch nie passiert! Was ich aber nicht glaube !! Für mich nun ganz klar ! Einmal Flymedi niiie mehr Flymedi!! Es spricht alles dagegen !! Bin froh wenn ich Montag zuhause bin !! Ohne vielleicht jetzt noch meinen Flug zu verpassen!!

I have just returned from Turkey following my rhinoplasty arranged through flymedi.
The organisation was spot on, I was told in advance when I needed to attended appointments at the hospital and what time I should expect to be picked up.
A special shout out to Yagmur who was my first point of contact, arranged quotes etc for me and took me through the booking process she was extremely helpful and attentive.
And finally, Sinem who was my co-ordinator in Turkey. What an absolute godsend she was! She met me at the hotel on Operation Day acted as a translator when speaking to staff who didn’t speak English, checked in on me everyday before and after my operation, ensured I managed to collect all of medication and that I knew what to take and when.
If anyone is lucky enough to deal with either of these ladies when booking through flymedi you will be in extremely safe hands.
