Effizienter Kundendienst

Ich habe zu spät gesehen, das ich innert 24h mein eTicket hätte bekommen müssen oder innert 3 Tagen melden. Natürlich erst nach 1 Monat gecheckt! Meine Mail wurde innert 1h beantwortet und das eTicket wurde mir sofort zugestellt. Jetzt hoffe ich das alles bei den Flügen genauso klappt (erst Ende April 2025). Sehr zufrieden bis hierhin

Our flight was cancelled/changed by the airline🤬
Flysmarter Support was immediate and very customer oriented👏👏
Shortly afterwards I had a new flight, which was even more favorable for us😄
I will definitely consider flysmarter when booking my next trip

Their support is really fast

Their support is really fast. I contacted them because my baggage allowance was not immediately visible within the airline booking management portal. However they immediately replied with all booking details from their system confirming that all is fine. And on the next day also all information appeared within the airline‘s portal. This was a nice experience. Will book again.
