Their user interface is not great (too many options repeated several times), hence easy to pick the wrong one. Which happened to us! However then a very responsive customer support helped us sort things out.

Buchungsstornierung
Ich musste infolge Krankheit / Not-OP den Flug kurzfristig stornieren. Ich hatte die Option der Annullation mit dem Ticket gekauft. Nach einigen Mails mit Rücksprachen und Arztzeugnis wurde der Ticketpreis zurückerstattet. Vielen Dank für die speditive Abhandlung.

Luckily I booked the phone support with…
Luckily I booked the phone support with Flysmarter, we had an name issue on the ticket - and the support Team really tried with us in last 24 Hours to get the name corrected. I called them 3 times - and they tried to help me really. It was the airline not willing to cooperate with them, even the Flysmarter support called &Emailed them. In the end the flight was possible - even first and last name were vice versa on the ticket. we just checked in then vice versa and it was no issue on the airport, even flying out from USA.

Amount charged twice to my credit card, demanded fee for return.
When I made the booking, I was informed that the booking was ok but the payment (credit card) was not completed. So I went through the process again according to their email. This resulted in the amount charged TWICE. When I asked for a return, they demanded a fee of 40 EUR for their "costs" and said I had agreed to their general terms; all this in a very unfriendly tone, too.

Die Buchung verlief ohne Probleme
Die Buchung verlief ohne Probleme, spannend wurde es aber, als der Flug gecancelt wurde. 2 Mails hin und her kommuniziert, Problem gelöst. Schneller Service, vollstens Zufrieden!

Wir waren sehr erstaunt, dass, bevor wir uns richtig gefreut haben über den einfachen Buchungsvorgang, schon die E-Tickets im Postfach lagen! Wenn alle Bestellungen via Internet so unkompliziert verlaufen würden....
