Fly watchers are a part of Bookfor you. I called and inquire about a fair with British airways flight and was told a price of £ 1258. For two tickets after I was prompt to pay the about amount for the fair I received the itinerary I got the shock of my life that I have a final payment of £1291 meaning the total fare is£2549.00 this company had scam me of £1291 after quoting the flight from heathrow for 2 total £1258 please stay away from this company
complete scam company, FLY WATCHERS offer tickets at one price (629) take a payment and then you receive an itenary for double the price....BE AWARE
Now they are asking me to make a full payment to get a partial £400 refund
Steve has a natural way of dealing with client. He takes his time to listen to worries and always finds a way to help them out ..his way of talk is down to earth and he support client very well ..he helped me out in a frustrated situation and I felt happy and relaxed afterwards…

Agent Oscar did his best to sort out the flights
Although there were some issues with the original booking they did sort out the tickets.
The agent was Oscar. He was always curtious and tried to be helpful with the issues
Amazing trip to Australia Steve was amazing with me and when my flights got cancelled he was there to help both time looking at booking again to Australia
I have just had a shocking experience with this company. Unfortunately read the reviews too late as my experience is very similar to one I have now just read.
I had problems booking online so rang to speak to a sales person, I was told I didn’t have baggage included so was given a new price £1722, the only figure mentioned. Was asked to read and agree to email whilst online. I naively checked the agreed amount, names & flight details, but did not scroll right to the end. The word deposit was not used, initial payment was stated and since I thought I was paying in full, I did not give it a thought. I agreed to email using words I was told to use by “Steve” and made the payment which was £1722, the full amount for two tickets. I got an email confirming deposit paid and another £2100 was to be paid before tickets would be issued. I would never have agreed to £3822, for two tickets!
I rang back and was told to ignore this wording, it was the way they give their discounts and that I had paid in full there was nothing more to pay. I asked for this to be put in writing and rang back 4 times. Each time “Steve” told me not to worry he gave his “word” he would sort it and if I wasn’t happy would refund it in full the next day.. surprisingly he wasn’t working the next day, no one else would help me. By yesterday he said because I had complained about him, he could no longer be “kind” and refund me. In the end, similar to the other review, he offered me a refund of £922 meaning I would lose £800 and gave me the wording to use that it was in final settlement. I had a call quite late when “Steve” tried to convince ( his words) me to accept this offer. I did not accept and am asking my credit card company to dispute and deal with this. But want to warn other people. I am very angry and upset.
Today I spoke with Joy Christopher, to book my tickets, he honestly helped me in the best possible way I ever had. He explained me everything step by step for everything with patience and professional way. Thank you very much 😊

I want to share my devastating experience with Flywatchers.co.uk and their operator, Victor Smith (which I expect is a fictitious name). He initially quoted me £699 for a flight from Brisbane to the UK, but during our telephone conversation, I received an email from him stating the price was actually another £1,500 to pay. Victor told me to ignore this email, claiming it was just a promotional message, and rushed me into agreeing to the booking. He insisted I use very specific wording in my email to confirm I was happy to book, whilst I was on the phone to him.
After I paid the £699, I contacted Victor a few days later to ask when I would receive my e-ticket.
He then demanded an extra £1,500 to pay before I'd get my e-tickets, completely contradicting our original agreement. After I reiterated our conversation, he said it was unfound and that there was simply another £1500 to pay. He then offered me a refund, which I accepted, and again he rushed me into using very specific words whilst on the phone to him, giving me no time to read the small print. He said if I don't send an email quickly before 12 noon, the refund would not be processed. In the end, I was only refunded £200 and he kept my £500 which I have now lost and I didn't get my e-tickets. I'd advise others to be not use this scheming and conning company and think twice before booking with Flywatchers.
