I purchased the "PrestaShop AI Ultimate Bundle - Generatore di Contenuti + Traduttore AI + Chatbot AI" , and it is an absolute disaster. The module does not work at all and failed completely to perform its basic features. To make matters worse, the support is non-existent. I have been completely ignored for over 10 days with zero contact from their team. They refuse to answer and have not refunded my money. Stay away from this company and avoid them at all costs! Total waste of time and money.

I purchased theIR PRETTY URL module for my PrestaShop 9, and when I realized that their module had been banned by PrestaShop, I requested a refund because I was unable to use it. They still refuse to refund me a month after my request, telling me that they were going to fix the problem—which is still not the case, and which forced me to find another solution anyway.
I therefore advise you to avoid this company at all costs, as they have abysmal customer support.

J'ai acheté le module PRETTY URL pour ma version 9 de PrestaShop, et lorsque j'ai réalisé que leur module avait été banni par PrestaShop, j'ai demandé un remboursement car j'étais dans l'incapacité de l'utiliser. Ils refusent toujours de me rembourser un mois après ma demande, en me disant qu'ils allaient régler le problème — ce qui n'est toujours pas le cas, et ce qui m'a de toute façon obligé à trouver une autre solution.
Je vous conseille donc de fuir cette entreprise à tout prix, car elle a un service client exécrable.

Not only the module does what it is supposed to do, we have a complex setup and we saw some conflict.
The support from the creators was there, they solved the issue, allowing for a specific requierement that we have regarding limits on the gift wrapping.

They are really professional and fast. I bought a Prestashop module, even there was something to solve for Italian language, they were to fast and precise.
I recommend their modules.

There was a problem with the module, and with IP restriction in order to access and fix it. But after some days the IP restriction was disabled and they made some research about the module problems. At last, the problem was not from the module, it was some bad .htaccess configuration. Good service and support. Thank you.
