Foam itself was ok but it was two days later arriving than the date for delivery selected at point of ordering.

So pleased we did this! Ordered new foam for our DFS sofa cushions during the Christmas shutdown period (their website said they were closed until the Monday the 5th so orders would be processed after this). Got email that my cushions were on the way on Tuesday, delivered on Thursday. I must admit I was worried they wouldn’t fit but they did fit perfectly, exactly to size. 2 man job to get the large chaise cushion inside, but the sofa is like new - £200 I’ve spent in a long time!

Oh also - I was confused that GB foam direct and Foam direct had slightly different prices and different trust pilot accounts but very similar website and same company address. Not sure why that is, I ordered from the one that had higher reviews (marginally). A bit confusing.
