I ordered from Foam Direct for the first time this week and following an order and delivery mix up, Lauren from the Sales Team was amazing. She was prompt and proactive arranging an immediate replacement, delivery and collection of the incorrect order. All done within 24 hours. Exemplary customer service. My correct order arrived as promised and they fit my sofa seat cushion covers perfectly. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company and would use again should the need arise. A definite five stars.

Fast delivery exact size

Ordering new foam for my sofa was easy and delivery was very quick. Im replacing polyester filling but think I could have done with an inch thicker which is annoying. Plenty of styles/shapes to chose but none that fitted my needs so went with square edges. I would recommend Foamdirect.

absolutely brilliant customer service i was contacted at each part of the process, they did a great job on joining the 2 sections of foam together , it was packaged well and the really good quality - not sure when i will need foam again but i would order from here again without any hesitation

The edges of the foam were badly cut.
Instead of being cut square the foam looks like it’s either been torn apart or cut with a large toothed wood saw.
The edges are torn to shreds.

We found the order process was quick and easy and the delivery was very quick and on time. We ordered cushions with the medium foam and both stockinette and Dacron. We followed the suggestion of another reviewer to not make allowance for the Dacron in the measurements. The result is that the cushions look full and are very comfortable.

Ordered new foam for my sagging couch. Easy process and lots of good information on the website. However, in saying that, I was confused by the advice on adding the Dacron. It adds another 1cm to either side and says, unhelpfully, that you should “factor this into your measurements.” (Similarly unhelpful, saying same thing, on the Q&A page: Dacron & Stockinette). To me this meant take 1cm off either side! Luckily I delved a bit deeper (Q&A page: How to Measure) where it says “we usually do not recommend that you adjust your measurements to account for [Dracron]”. So I didn’t alter my measurements to factor in the 1cm of Dacron. My inners fit perfectly and I am happy with the result.
