They’re responsive, easy to deal with, and know their stuff inside out. From planning to post-completion, they’ve made the whole compliance side of things feel straightforward, which is rare. It’s clear they actually care about getting it right, not just ticking boxes. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in the industry

We have a local assessor based in Bristol and complete surveys there on a weekly basis, so location does not affect service or pricing. All very straightforward
From the initial quote, through uploading of info, to receiving the report was very simple. The calcs started within a few days of paying the invoice, and was complete in about a week. Would definitely use Focus 360 again, no hesitation
