I was originally quoted 7-10 days for my report. 3 weeks in I sent emails to find out when it would arrive. I got no response and finally had to call to be told it was still not done.

Admittedly there was an error which we rectified the same day it was brought to our attention. We understand your previous experiences with other companies prompted a review as above. It is absolutely great when I can talk directly to someone on the team. Will, Sam and Alex have all been very good at explaining stuff to me and are endlessly patient with me as my technical knowledge is non-existent.
