My son loves music and i ordered these feeling unsure. We received them, exactly how we should and they look and work great. I am very happy with the purchase and plan to purchase more in the future. My son can’t wait to cover his entire wall.

I received an amazing deal online after seeing an advert on Instagram, despite it being over the Christmas period, they were very professional and kept me up to date with any updates. The frames arrived and look amazing, I’ve got 3 more on the way

Super Pro et TOP!!!!

Plusieurs semaines d'attentes avec un problème de fabrication mais ca vaut vraiment le coup. Les cadres sont très beaux et c'est un cadeau super original. La société est très professionnelle et m'a remboursée les frais d'envoi pour mon attente. Toujours à l'écoute j'ai eu une réponse à tous mes messages. Chapeau pour la réactivité et la gentillesse aussi. Je recommande sans hésité...

BUYER BEWARE: Customer Service is a Foreign Concept to this Company

I waited until my order was successfully delivered before posting this review, as earlier interactions made it clear that raising concerns while the seller still controlled my PAID merchandise risked further retaliation. (Threatened to hold my order until the factual review they didn't like was removed. That shouldn't be allowed)

To begin with my issue with this company and initial review was never the delivery timeframe. From the start, my concern was lack of communication and transparency.

After placing my order on 12/13, there was no communication from the company past that initialorder confirmation email and a tracking number sent on 12/19. The tracking information provided showed “label created” only, with no scans, no movement, and no indication that the package had entered the carrier’s network for multiple days. The seller has acknowledged that this was what the tracking reflected.

At no point did I complain about the stated 10–15 business day shipping window. I fully understood and accepted that timeframe. However, in their responses, the company repeatedly reframed my concern as dissatisfaction with shipping speed — an argument I never made. This mischaracterization diverted attention away from the actual issue: no communication and no evidence that the order had shipped.

For factual clarity, the first tracking update showing the parcel being received at a major carrier hub did not appear until December 29, which is when the shipment actually entered the carrier’s network. Prior to that date, tracking showed only “label created.” As anyone with online retail experience knows, “label created” does not mean shipped, and it does not provide reassurance to a customer — especially a first-time buyer.

Compounding this issue, the company threatening me to withheld delivery of my paid order unless I removed my review. Rather than addressing the lack of communication or providing transparency, delivery was used as leverage. That conduct is retaliatory and unacceptable.

To be very clear:
I understood the shipping timeframe.
I did not dispute the delivery window.
My concern was communication, transparency, and professionalism.
Customers cannot see into warehouses or infer intent without updates. When there is no communication, no tracking movement, and the order spans multiple countries, questioning the legitimacy of the transaction is reasonable.
My original review reflected documented facts: no communication after December 19, and no tracking movement beyond “label created”. The only opinion expressed was concern regarding legitimacy of this company under those circumstances — an opinion any customer is entitled to hold.

What is not reasonable is responding to a customer’s concern with misrepresentation, deflection, and withholding a paid-for item unless a review is removed. That behavior speaks for itself.

The package arrived in good f***ing…

The package arrived in good f***ing condition. It took ALOT longer than they advertised. I paid for express shipping, but it definitely wasn't what they stated. It took about a month to get here. Only thing is, the shipping company used WANBExpress. Has very, very, bad reviews. So I dont know tbh.

Très déçu de focusmelo

Très déçu de focusmelo,
Premièrement la livraison a mis beaucoup de temps à arriver mais en plus je reçoit le cadre avec un défaut de fabrication et un trou visible qui rend impossible à exposer. Je contacte donc le SAV qui me répond qui vont le refaire et après plus rien je relance 2 fois en vain je n'ai jamais reçu le nouveau colis. Je déconseille vivement
