We’re genuinely surprised by this review, as the claims mentioned do not align with our service records.
MatrixCloud operates with a 99.99% uptime SLA, which is publicly verifiable on our status page, and we have no record of any data loss incidents from our side. In rare situations where customer-side issues arise, we immediately notify users and guide them with available backup options.
At this time, we’re unable to locate any account matching this experience. Because of this, we cannot rule out the possibility that this review may not be from a genuine MatrixCloud customer.
