Waited 5 years, still haven't received my full product. Contacted them multiple times through multiple media. No succes. It seems scammy to me.

Placed an ordered in March of 2021. After three years, I received the containers, but since then they have gone radio silent and up until today (Mar 2026), I'm still waiting on the mat. They aren't honest and, had I known what I know now, I wouldn't have backed this project.

For my daily work routine, this has been perfect. It helps me plan and organize my meals effortlessly.

Even though I had a minor delivery issue at first, customer service resolved it immediately.

It's quick to clean and doesn't leak at all. It may seem a little small for big appetites, but for me it's perfect.

Great back for survival. I used it already multiple times.

I ordered on kickstarter and never received the full order. I noticed they were trading so stupidly in order a mat and cutlery set. I got a phone call from DHL to make sure FOLDEAT send the correct shipping label for the UK as knife is enclosed. I instantly emailed Foldeat and they still sent it without the correct customs label. It was refused entry by customs and went back to Romania where they ship from. Since then I’ve sent 10 emails and messages to remedy or get a refund and they haven’t replied or refunded….. AVOID THIS COMPANY it’s been over a month and emails are not replied to …. Very frustrating and it seems a crooked set up from the get go.
